Wonderful

This is a lovely place to stay, very close to the colonial town. I didn’t understand the resort fee, because I didn’t notice much about the property that seemed like a resort. They had a golf course, so maybe that was it. All of the amenities were shared with other hotels, and none of the amenities seemed to particularly resort like.

Pros (+) the fitness center, which was free to use, was amazing, especially the indoor lap pool. the entire hotel property needs a facelift to match the spa.
Cons (-) old and tired place... reminded me of the old resort hotels in upstate New York. tried to act like more than it was... very limited dining options, and those were way over priced. example: there's nothing and not enough you could put on s breakfast buffet that's worth $22, at least not in Williamsburg.

Pros (+) The hotel is in the middle of everything. Don't need a car until you leave. Well, you will have to drive to Jamestowne (be sure to go to the National Park Service Jamestowne). Go to the Trellis restaurant for a piece of Death by Chocolate (don't forget the camera).
Cons (-) Nothing
