We loved this hotel. It is old but is in pretty good shape. We really enjoyed the nostalgia. The room was spacious and the bathroom was less than spacious, but that’s just how they were made back in the day. It was clean, but it could use some minor repairs. Pros (+) Doggos! A dog popped his head up on the counter when we went to the front desk. :) huge smile from me! Could see other guests with dogs - obviously super dog friendly and that friendliness is obvious i the staff. We did not have our doggos with us, but it was clear they love them! Pros (+) staff was extremely helpful they switched are room to something with more space on a very busy week.most places would just say sorry we are booked.hotel is old but was neat to stay in a place with that much history

Cons (-) When you arrive they will swipe your card again and put a hold on your card for another full nights cost. They said its to cover if they found out we smoked in the room? Never in my life has this happened before with any other place i've stayed. I chose non-smoking because I don't smoke. Won't stay there again.
