Cons (-) Booked this hotel a year in advance. Get a email 3 days before check in saying they moved us to another property not even close to where we originally booked. Had to scramble to find 2 rooms at another hotel and pay twice as much because the Gables, purposely overbooked to fill up their other hotel. Then picked and choose who they would move.
