Summary of reviews

Guests say

Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors (especially cigarette smoke), bugs, mold, and unclean bedding. Many also complained about the lack of a proper breakfast despite it being advertised, with only minimal options like coffee and snack bars provided. Bed comfort was another common issue, as several guests found the beds uncomfortable or unclean. Only a few reviews mentioned positive aspects such as location, staff, or value, but these were rare compared to the overwhelming negative feedback.
