Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport and nearby parks, making it convenient for both leisure and business stays. The service is frequently described as friendly and helpful, with several guests noting the staff's willingness to assist with special requests. Cleanliness is also positively mentioned, with many finding the rooms tidy and well-maintained. However, there are repeated complaints about the breakfast quality and variety, as well as negative remarks regarding the small size of rooms and bathrooms.
