Pros (+) Friendly, helpful, and gracious, every person at the hotel went above and beyond to welcome us to our first ryokan experience. And the food! Delicious and beautiful. The town is perfect. The onsens were amazing. Our stay at Kokyua was game changing. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is. It will now be a mandatory part of our Japan
