Cons (-) Not a 4 star hotel at all. Room 220 horrible. Go in and check it out. Rug was stain in some parts, worn out in other sections, broken and missing in another section. Phone did not work. In the bathroom black mold on the edges of the bathtub. To make matters worse any time someone sat on the toilet..... water started dripping from the tank. Cons (-) The service was terrible- the front desk and especially the lounge. Absolutely unpleasant. So much that we cancelled our next night there and found somewhere else to stay. The hotel isn't very nice or updated, either.
