Pros (+) I arrived from nyc at 10pm After 14 hours of travel I arrive at the hotel. They told me they are sorry but I don't have a room. I pre paid for the room. They made me wait for over 1 hour in the lobby before getting me a room at a different hotel. They didn't offer anything to eat or drink Simply said please wait we will call you when we find a room.
Cons (-) They didn't have a room a pre paid for after 14 hours of travel
