Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's cleanliness, beautiful location, and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast and buffet options are generally well-liked, with many noting the variety and quality of food. However, service receives mixed feedback: while some guests describe the staff as friendly, helpful, and professional, others report disappointing or inconsistent service, particularly at reception and in the restaurants. The atmosphere is described as relaxed and enjoyable, though some mention that it caters mainly to a German-speaking clientele. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its amenities, comfortable rooms, and well-maintained grounds, but improvements in service and inclusivity could enhance the guest experience further.AI-generated from customer reviews
