Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's lakeside location, spa facilities, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was frequently highlighted for its variety and quality. Cleanliness and room comfort were also appreciated by many. However, some guests noted issues such as lack of air conditioning, rooms needing renovation, maintenance of outdoor areas, and mixed experiences with the restaurant and service. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially regarding amenities and atmosphere.AI-generated from customer reviews
