Pros (+) Very friendly staff at desk who took time to check me in when they could not find my reservation. Maybe issue with online company I booked through but they still honored my rate.
Cons (-) Some issues with the hot water at sink and shower. Was either scalding hot or cold. Hard to tune. Not a deal breaker at all though

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was just perfect. It was right down the street from airport and the shuttle takes you there every 30 minutes.
Cons (-) I had family staying on another floor and the elevator only allows you to go to your floor. Good security but too good I guess
