Pros (+) Location and building are great!
Cons (-) Too many noise problems. Didn’t sleep for 2 nights! The AC unit then the fire alarm system made sooo much noise. First night they fixed the alarm unit. Then the AC made a lot of noise. Then they fixed it next day. The AA gentlemen on days is great! Big suggestions for u: consider a more personable staff on nights. The gentleman on nights with a beard needs another employment opportunity. The pillo...

Pros (+) Nice large rooms with shower and bath in separate rooms. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Accomodating staff, and free shuttle service to and pickup from the metro stop and mearby restaurants.
Cons (-) The sliding doors to the shower and toilet areas don't latch and tend to roll open by themselves. Our thermostat did not eork eell and we alternately froze and overheated all night. The fold out couch bed is handy, but so uncomfortable my kids wouldn't sleep in it after one night. They slept in the bed with me instead.
