Pretty DISGUSTING CUSTOMER RE;ATIONS
Check-in in airport was painless with no queue and our queries were dealt with efficiently. Flight was comfortable. Food and service was not as good as outbound flight, but still OK.
Wi-Fi did not work. There was no device from the airline to view news or entertainment programming Food was just a packet of bus off. For 2.5 hour flight in the morning, the breakfast substation was meager. It took quite a bit of time to check in as there were two agents, one was on hold over phone. We just made it in time at the gate in spite of being at the airport for two hours before boarding. Very poor agent interaction. Connecting flight time was also very tight, we could have missed it.
They cancelled my round trip without minding about my projects. The agents are not nice at all, they don’t anything about people. I had the worst experience in my life.
Seat was comfortable. There was a late take-off, on-boarding and crew was ok. I’m not looking for a show, but felt kind of cold. I always appreciated the reliability of AA, I fly more often lately, so I didn’t mind paying the higher fees. But seems the experience is the same as other airlines in my experience. I wouldn’t say I won’t fly American again, it wasn’t a horrible experience, however, I may just prioritize price is the experience is the same from company to company.
This was delayed nearly 2.5 hrs for no reason. This is absurd.
Left Early Arrived Early Great Staff. No complaints.
Super delayed causing us to miss our connecting flights.
He sat on the tarmac before we left for one hour and 20 minutes and as we arrive on the tarmac for 40 minute's, it would have been nice if they would've told us what the holdup was.
Power charge not working on my row. Could not use phone properly on trip during it. 35 minute taxiing upon arrival. 35 minute departure delay. 20 minute boarding delay.
Like: seats and room, I’m 6ft 3in, 250lbs In flight entertainment Improvement: Care and maintenance of the seats: we had throw-up or something on our seats/trays that weren’t cleaned before we boarded In flight entertainment, either have monitors built into the seats or provide AA Wi-Fi while boarding or if there is a delay and passengers are on the plane
delayed 2.5 hours and we weren't even notified until we got to the gate.
Canceled flight after hours of sitting on the tarmac and then waiting for several more hours to get a hotel and rebook a flight that was going to be days later. Don’t book the flight unless you have pilots to fly it. Not reimbursed for all meals, travel, and certainly not time. American Airlines lost a customer for life on this one. Only one person out of dozens from American seemed the slightest bit concerned about the welfare of the customers.
It was a freezer. A frozen ice box sardine can. Everyone pays all this money and it’s 50/50 whether boarding and checkin actually go smoothly on any given day, but on a red eye, they could throw some heat on. It was hell.
Never made it connecting flight was canceled. Waste of $$$
Had to take a different airline to make it to Lisbon on time. My connecting flight was canceled
Dirty toilets and overworked crew
Flight cancelled with no other option to go out within the required timeline and terrible behaviour of the airline on the ground , no priority to business class customers
Kept switching gates is the only negative thing
Thank you for making travel easy! Everyone was courteous and kind!
Great flight attendant who handled passengers with aplomb and humor despite weather delay
Our terminal changed but the person at the check-in counter didn't tell us and accepted our bags. Our bags ended up not making it on the flight, so we had to go back to the airport 3 hours after our arrival which took almost 2 hours of our time and $80 for Lyft.
6 hour delay with bad communication as to why
Sat on the plane for 2 hours before taking off. No WiFi. No food.
The check in is a disaster no one around to help you and it makes you not want to travel anymore.
Flight attended couldn’t stop coughing.
