Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, appreciated room upgrades and friendly staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, poor service, and maintenance problems, especially with the pool and hot tub. Breakfast offerings and general upkeep were also common sources of disappointment. Overall, while some positive experiences were noted, the majority of feedback was critical of cleanliness, service, and amenities.
