Great location, friendly staff, received "upgrade" but not sure what it meant. Great breakfast buffet in the morning (have to pay for it).
King bed was two twin beds put together. Hard to sleep on with two people. Walls need to be repainted. Hard to access the shower (next to toilet)
Nice staff but could have been much clearer in giving directions.
Tiny room. Soft bed.
2+ star hotel at 4 star pricing
Clean and nice room Good location
The first room we were given was a corner room facing 2 busy streets. The street noise was unacceptable. We paid for a deluxe room but this one had only a double bed in it. After strongly complaining we were move to an inside room that had a King bed it in. This room was very nice.
Dirty, Dirty,Dirty with a bad customer service
I have been in too many hotels but i can totally say that this one is the worst i have ever been, poor customer service the guy at the reception was with an attitude, the room was discusting filthy and has a really bad smell, and on the way to the room the was a sewage smell all the way to the door. Terrible hotel
Great location, reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet was fantastic.
Shower was not very well enclosed.
Was a bit surprised at the issues honestly
Looked great online but failed to meet expectatio a.
Tiny rooms, had to refute several charges on the bill and the rooms on the ground floor were shockingly noisy from the lobby. The shuttle we asked them to book did not arrive and had to locate our own ride to the airport and while the staff was lovely to deal with found myself having to deal with them over issues I wouldn't have expected from a hotel of that alleged caliber. My wife and I were charged for breakfast which we expressly opted out of upon check in and never ate. The rooms were tiny by American standards and the bedding and pillows were lousy. During our three night two day stay our room was never serviced and the walls and doors being so thin means any noise or movement in the hallways is clearly audible and that got old quick.
Good hotel with great location
The location was great. The breakfast was good as well.
The rooms are small but that's normal for Europe. Also I wish they had access for strollers and wheelchairs. The other issue currently is the construction in front of the hotel.
DO NOT BOOK HERE!
Long story short... Showed up at 8:30 PM to check in and was turned away to another hotel (much further away and in a bad location) even though we had a reservation. No advance notice or warning was given prior to walking into the hotel. Not a single email was sent even though they must have known hours before we walked in. They did nothing to improve the situation... the staff basically said too bad, deal with it. Attempted to contact management, only to be rebuffed and ignored.
Great location hotel
This hotel was the perfect distance to walk anywhere in the city, clean rooms, friendly staff
Some construction on the street outside, but not too noisy
Mold in the room corner, very low water pressure o
Location was great - right near Rijksmuseum tram/bus stop, room service adhered to signs (don't disturb / please clean) out on the door room
room way to small for 2 people, water only dripped out of the shower - VERY low water pressure, mold in the room corner on ceiling; beds very, very soft
Great location. Efficient checking in and basic services. Reasonable cost.
The Staff was pretty nice and helpful, the breakfast, the beds and toilets were good, the wifi was pretty decent, location was great.
No free Airport shuttle. Heheh Just kidding, not much to complain a bout.
