Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions and transport. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the lack of an elevator and the steep, narrow stairs, which posed challenges, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Room sizes were often described as very small and cramped. Safety concerns were raised by a few guests due to incidents and the building layout. Cleanliness and amenities received mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also complaints about linens and lack of in-room facilities.AI-generated from customer reviews
