Everything
Great staff
Staff was wonderful. A little slow on check in (but completely sold out so trying to accommodate all) maid service excellent. Rooms clean and up to date.
I had room I room down hall and opposite side of elevators, but I could still hear the elevators. Pick a room further away, hotel is well worth visit - however, they do get their price.
The wifi fee of EUR 27 is out of market and not acceptable for a business traveller.
Very clean and comfortable room with all amenities. Courteous, professional, friendly and helpful staff. Good location for museums and public transportation to everwhere.
Excellent service. Deluxe rooms would be more 4 star rather than 5.
The hotel is a quite a distance from the centre of Amsterdam but there is a tram service that is good.
Fast easy check in, nice size room, good breakfast and central location to museums.
The Staff were great
The Charge for "Internet " access !!
- Very comfortable bed and pillows - Nice view
- Expected a nicer building and more luxurious room - Inadequate for a 5 star hotel (stayed in better 4 star hotels) - Far from city center, few hundreds meters walk to the tram stop - Overpriced, especially minibar and breakfast
It is a hotel worth staying. The building is very beautiful, the rooms and view very nice. Also the bar at the ground floor is very exquisite.
The only drawback is that one has to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest tram stop.
Did not feel it was a 5 star hotel. It was booked for an anniversary surprise and we have stayed in nicer 4 star hotels
Great staff, 10th floor had great view, good breakfast.
Location to public transportation not as good as some of the other hotels. Was traveling with girl friends and did not feel comfortable walking to public transport at night. However weather was a factor at this time of year - might have been ok in summer.
The view from the hotel was superb & the bed was extremely comfortable.
