The bed was not that comfortable
The location is good, the staff are very friendly and efficient, the rooms are fine. I like the provision of a coffee machine in the room.
The breakfast was average and expensive, we only took it one morning. The lighting in the rooms is OK but a bit dim, it could do with a bright light option. The room rate was expensive, however it is always expensive in Amsterdam during conventions.
Hotel's Location was good for us. But our plan was around museumplein. so its easy to walk there in 10 minutes. but other turistic places are pretty far by walking. Speacially in winter condition. Tv, coffee machine and hairdryer is useful. Personal in entrance was ok.
First day they gave us a room in basement. it was really bad experience for us. specially if you have anxiety in a room without window. when we request a different room they arrange for us other day.It was big enough and has window and balcony which has a good view. but all the room has designed with a bathroom which is really unconfortable. when you have a shower all the bathroom gets wet. its because no cover in shower place. and if you want to use bathroom again you need to clean it up. and the rooms are not clean properly. there was hair in our bed. breakfast wasnt good and it was expensive. it needs to included the hotel price. nothing special, even fruits were not fresh. we didnt like the breakfast.
We were only in Amsterdam for one night, walked for hours during the day. Our room over looked a high rise car park (very disappointing) . Staff were very nice though
Bathroom and hotel location and personal was very good.
Room was on the ground floor, too small, tiny walls, noisy because is near to the lobby
