Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location and convenience for exploring the city, with many noting easy access to public transport and major attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about the small room sizes, uncomfortable beds, and issues with cleanliness. Many guests felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, citing high costs compared to the quality and amenities provided. While a few appreciated the friendly staff and some positive aspects like breakfast or luggage facilities, the negative feedback on room comfort and overall value was significant.
