Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and public transport. Cleanliness and room comfort were highlighted positively in several reviews, as well as the friendliness of the staff. However, some guests experienced issues with service, room size, and maintenance, particularly with air conditioning and plumbing. A few reviews mentioned noise, lack of elevator access, and unhelpful staff, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for many guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
