Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel for its excellent central location, making it easy to access public transport, attractions, and restaurants. The staff received high marks for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests mentioning thoughtful gestures and attentive service. Cleanliness was generally appreciated, with rooms described as clean and comfortable. However, there were notable complaints about noise, especially in basement rooms and those facing busy streets or reception areas, as well as issues with small room sizes and steep stairs. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value and welcoming atmosphere left a positive impression on most visitors.
