Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access major attractions, bars, and restaurants. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, with several staff members receiving individual mentions for their assistance. However, there were frequent complaints about small room sizes, noise levels from both inside and outside the hotel, and some issues with cleanliness. While some found the hotel clean and comfortable, others noted discrepancies between the rooms and their online photos, as well as occasional unpleasant odors. The steep and narrow stairs were also a common challenge, especially for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel is amazing next to Leidseplein in a much calmer area than dam square .. very good value for money for a small hotel.
Cons (-) no elevator in the hotel stairs are very small spiral shape that makes it so hard to take your luggage up or down stairs.
