Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The room sizes were often described as spacious, and the restaurant and breakfast offerings received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the selection while others found it lacking or overpriced. The location was convenient for business travelers but received criticism for noise and lack of charm.
