Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's friendly and attentive service, with many singling out staff members and the family-run atmosphere as highlights. The breakfast and restaurant offerings are frequently described as delicious, varied, and generous, with special mention for the chef and the abundance of food. Cleanliness is also commended, with rooms and common areas kept tidy and well-maintained. The pool and wellness facilities are appreciated by several guests, though a few note limited hours or availability. Some reviews mention that the hotel is a bit dated, and there are occasional criticisms of breakfast or dinner quality, but overall, guests feel warmly welcomed and well cared for during their stay.
