Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's spacious rooms, excellent location, enjoyable pool, and satisfying breakfast, with several highlighting the fresh orange juice as a standout. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, with some describing staff as rude or inattentive. While room size and comfort were generally appreciated, maintenance and cleanliness issues were frequently mentioned, and some guests felt the hotel was outdated. Despite these drawbacks, many found the amenities and overall experience positive, especially in terms of space, location, and breakfast quality.AI-generated from customer reviews
