I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. They are dishonest and do not even tell you the whole truth when renting the car. The girl told me $20 for unlimited gas but never specify that it was $20 per day.
