Pros (+) The beds were good for the price.
Cons (-) A responsive staff could’ve been better. We requested for the sink to be unclogged, but it wasn’t unclogged. Granted it was past 10:00pm when we checked in, we were only staying one night, there were only two people managing the property, and maybe the repair team was offsite. Other than that, it was a good stay for the price.

Cons (-) Pictures on webpage did not match the reality of the room. No listed amenities were available. No pool, no free breakfast, no free wifi, and no house keeping. Room was beyond dirty, had to track down 'employees' to get extra towels/sheets....just a horrible horrible experience

Pros (+) The hotel is inexpensive, and close to the casinos. There is a pizza place immediately next door, which was nice. They have a shuttle that picks up and offers free slop play/rewards at various casinos. However, even though the woman at the desk knew that we were waiting for the shuttle, it showed up 10 minutes early, and she watched up wait outside for it for 15 minutes, before telling us when we ...
Cons (-) The jacuzzi I paid extra to have did not work. I told the manager this, and she said they would fix it tomorrow (after I was to check out, which obviously would not help me at all). When I insisted on a refund, or at least to be charged the price of a room without a jacuzzi, she told me there would be no refund, and that if I did not "leave [her] alone" that she would call the police on me.
