Pros: The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. Within the hotel lobby there is plenty to do, with access to restaurants, shopping, and of course the casino. There are also pools and spa, but we didn't take advantage of them while we were there. There is also a nightclub that was a lot of fun. We had a good time and would return.
Cons: A little confusing the first time trying to find the front desk from the self-parking. Signage says casino, but doesn't mention anything else. If you go, follow the signs for the casino. When you get to the casino machines, turn right and follow the curve until the front desk.
Pros: We enjoyed everything except when walking around the slot machines & main floor of gambling... poor ventilation & smoking is really an issue for me. However, it's not a deal breaker just have to find places in there where it impacts the less.
Cons: SMOKING! :-(
Pros: Quick check in
Cons: Room was not as clean this time. Very expensive for what you get there.
Pros: I really like the poker and the poker rooms. very large and lots of tables
Cons: would not let us take cooler to room and did not tell until we got there.
Would not let us have a luggage cart to carry luggage to room, what is up with that
Pros: Spa is great. Great restaurant options, would prefer that they have some open longer into the night. Staff is friendly, check out is a breeze,
Cons: Pool was being cleaned on a Saturday, seemed a bit illogical considering many people were waiting around for the pool to open up and it opened at 5, only to close at 8. Smoking areas dispersed through the casino so it's a bit unavoidable, bad idea especially with it being right before the room elevators.
Cons: Prices on alcohol
Cons: SHOWER HAD ONLY COLD WATER AND HAD NO PRESSURE
BREAKFAST WAS SERVED WARM/COOL
EMPLOYEES HAD ATTITUDE.
I WALK WITH A CANE AND I NEEDED TO SIT DOWN THERE WAS A TABLE HIDDEN AWAY WITH ONLY ONE PERSON PLAYING THE MAN WHO WATCHES THINGS SAID GET UP IF YOU WANT TO WATCH "I CANT SIT DOWN" I ASKED THE DEALER BEFORE I SAT DOWN BUT, I JUST LEFT. THE MAN WHO TOLD ME TO LEAVE WAS COLD AND WITH A NASTY TONE.
I WILL GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER HOTEL EITHER THE golden NUGGET OR HARRAHS.
Pros: Lovely hotel and amenities. The outdoor gardens were beautiful..We went to the Water Club pool the day after we checked in. Restaurants were fabulous.
Cons: Water Club only allows access to pool area after 4pm on day of check in!
Pros: Nicest casino in AC
Cons: The beds were terrible
Pros: The Borgata is beautiful and luxurious. We loved the architectural touches and art everywhere, and the various restaurants. The hotel room was lovely and very comfortable.
Cons: Terrible terrible idea to put a smoking section immediately outside the elevators to the hotel. My family and I are all sensitive to smoke and, although we knew there would be smoking areas, expected we could avoid the sinus-assaulting stench. Fail!
The pool area is lovely, but the water was cloudy and screaming kids throwing footballs were uncontrolled. Ugh.
Pros: The hotel is really nice and gives a luxury feeling. Liked the decor, the pool and the shops/restaurants in general. The customer service is very friendly and professional.
Cons: The air quality isn't great. They allow smoking inside. Although there are smoking and non smoking sections, you can smell the smokes everywhere.
The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, N.J; is located within one mile of the Senator Frank S. Farley State Marina and Brigantine Beach. The Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Boardwalk and the Atlantic City Convention Center are all less than three miles from the property.

The resort's Spa Toccare offers services in 30 treatment rooms. Additional amenities include an indoor pool and a fitness center.
Floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of the bay or ocean in each of the Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa's 2,000 guestrooms. Amenities include cable television with premium channels and free WiFi. Marble bathrooms offer complimentary toiletries and telephones. Coffeemakers are provided.
Cons: I didn't like the late check in and the early check out it feels like you get cheated some time.
Pros: Very Clean and renovated so everything was new.
Cons: Even though we booked on Kayak and paid for the room, we were expected to attend a timeshare presentation. When we didn't show up due to our agenda, they would not stop calling the room every hour for the next 2 days. We took the phone off the hook to enjoy some peace a quiet. There are only 3 elevators for over 30 floors. Expect to spend some time either waiting for the elevators (thank you for seating by the elevators) or inside the elevators (housekeeping will be using the same elevators as well). Next time I would prefer to stay at one of the major casinos in the future.
Pros: The Wyndham resort was excellent! I wanted a place to relax for spring break with my children an this resort fit the bill!!!
Cons: The unit was spacious the king beds cozy and comfy!

It is your home away from home where you can sun, shop, dine, gamble, or just simply enjoy the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean.
Cons: Late check in time and early check out time.
Pros: great spa!
Cons: the view from our room was not great.
Pros: Very nice hotel, clean rooms, nice staff.
Pros: Attentive staff, nice facilities, and beautiful design. It certainly sets itself apart from the rest of Atlantic City.
Cons: Room was dirty. Chipped furniture, somebody's dirty socks on the floor, grimy bathroom and the sheets had holes in them and smelled like cigarettes. Was hoping to avoid that in a non-smoking room. Also, got bitten by bedbugs in my one night sleeping in the bed.
Featuring a casino, The Water Club puts you within a 10-minute drive of Steel Pier. Guests can visit the spa to be pampered with massages, body wraps, or facials. There are 2 outdoor pools and 3 indoor pools, and rooms at this luxurious resort get the details right with MP3 docks and premium bedding.
Cons: Heating unit in room was very noisy when coming on-kept waking us up.
Cons: I loved everything especially the pool
Pros: The Deck
The room view
Cons: Could hear next room TV
Pay for exercise room? (I understand paying for spa)
Room could use some type of pull out table for eating
Entire stay everyone was very polite except the valet lady running the parking.
Pros: Easy check in.
Cons: Hotel was dirty! Our room smelled like someone smoked pot in it. The heater was very noisy made a loud clunk when it went on and off. It was worth maybe $100.00 a night not what they charge!! On the bright side it was the only hotel I read about that didnt have bed bugs, I looked it didnt.
We wont be back
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
I asked for a room about noon and they got me into one right away.
Cons: The room needed a refresh. The grout on tile in bathroom was bad.
I lifted the toilet seat and immediately was greeted with a pubic hair. The little bit of comforter belt (fashion only, bot an actual comforter), and decorative pillows were dirty and stained. I suspect they are not often washed. The bedside lamps were sagging, their mounts were poor.
Cons: The hotel cancelled my reservation before I got there even though they assured me it would be there. And then wouldn't give my money back.
Pros: The Hotel was very clean and spacious
Cons: Did not like the casino security staff they was very disrespectful and I felt a lil racism, it was my fist time visiting Atlantic city and I would never stay there again
Cons: Staff was rude. Never again!
Pros: The Jitney service is the only reliable thing left in Atlantic City.
Cons: Golden Nugget still advertises having a heated outdoor swimming pool & hot tubs that are open year-round when in fact it has been closed down for the season. I ran into many groups of people that also booked rooms at the Golden Nugget expecting to use the advertised facilities only to be told after arrival that the pool deck has been shutdown. Shame on Golden Nugget for false advertising and misleading paying customers! Avoid this shady "resort" casino and stay elsewhere.
Pros: The Modern look of the rooms.
Cons: House keeping could have done a better job of dusting and removing left over hairs in the bathroom by pass guests.
Pros: Nice room.
Cons: Hot tubs could have been hotter.

Pros: The overall hotel experience was fine. kayak experience was not fine.
Cons: Registration was a mess and the 45 plus minutes I spent on the phone with Kayak was terrble. Kayak and Caesar's did not work well together. The coupons were poorly handled as well.
Pros: It's as if a pipe was vibrating between the walls, but it would happen every 15 minutes. Very annoying while trying to sleep.
Pros: One of the best places to stay in AC
Pros: It was located right in the middle of everything. You can walk to anywhere.
Cons: The pool was for use by those 21 years old or older only. We had to go to ballys to use the pool. I didnt know that when booking the hotel.
Cons: The room I asked for, I did not get.
Pros: Room faced lobby, was bright all night long, tons of noise coming into room, room was not ready when we arrived as offered online for 3pm check in, waste of 200 dollars, didn't sleep all night due to light coming in and noise from lobby traffic, would NEVER stay if here if had a choice elsewhere
Pros: The room was nice but you need to be at the rite tower.
Cons: Staff was rood at registration,we booked 2 rooms but they only showed one, also they wanted to give us double beds although we booked one king size bed.
Pros: While AC seems to be running down, this resort seem to be getting better. Unlike may stays in AC at other hotels, with the exception of Revel (closed) and Borgata, most place have become dirty and old, Caesar's room were spotless, nothing seemed old or run down (and I stayed at the old tower). The restaurants in the center lobby was pleasant to have dinner and a drink , connection to the mall was convenient, and the third floor restaurant in the Mall where very impressive and Manhattan like. I would recommend a couples weekend here, even for those who stay out of the Casino, as I did.
Pros: The view
Pros: I got a great deal on a room in the Centurion Tower (about $125 a night even after the resort fee, which was about $26 a day that they charge you at the end) and wasn't expecting a lot, though the room had a great view and was quite beautiful. Maid service was proficient in keeping it clean for the two days my girlfriend and I stayed there and I was overall very satisfied with the value I got while staying here, despite the bad Yelp reviews.
Cons: The TV in the mirror (which I think is an item only available in the premium rooms) was broken, and when I called maintenance about it, they said most of those mirror TVs throughout the hotel were broken. It wasn't an essential feature of the room, though it was unfortunate that it didn't work.
Pros: I just came back from Europe that was a month long, this hotel is totally a replication of the hotels in Europe! High quality rooms that are extremely clean! I won't stay anywhere else now!
Pros: Every thing was goog
Cons: Every thing was good except the smell of smoking butchers us although our room was non smoking
With its prime location on the boardwalk, Caesars Atlantic City places guests within range of countless entertainment and gaming venues. Families can drive 5 minutes to Steel Pier for classic seaside amusements, or 30 minutes to Edwin B. Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge for fishing or birdwatching.
Pros: Location, amenities, room HVAC was not working but the staff responded and fixed it quickly. They were willing to move us if needed.
Cons: Price was nearly $350 for one night with parking, taxes and fees.
Pros: Very nice rooms, I was very pleased.
Cons: Hotel requires valet parking. No breakfast included. Some of the channels were scrambled and unwatchable.
Pros: Nice size rooms and very modern.free wifi was a plus to have.
Pros: Very clean, updated, friendly staff, great room-- best beds. A quick walked to the board walk from the hotel. A soul food restaurant one block up the street.
Cons: I wish breakfast was included, however a fridge was in the room, just bring some food or snacks.
Pros: Location was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Front desk staff that checked me out were not very friendly. I had questions on my bill and she did not even address them. She needs training on guest service.
Pros: Got my moneys worth very clean everyone was soooo nice
Cons: That we had to leave :(
Pros: The price was perfect and hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice and well mantained.
Cons: Did not have free parking
Pros: Fast check in and out. Friendly, polite staff. Clean rooms. Prompt valet service.
Cons: Elevator access was limited and very slow
Pros: The room was clean, stylish and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: Had to pay for parking. No pool/hottub.
Pros: It was a good place to be. Not close to casinos but not a bad walk/drive
Pros: it was very comfortable everything was very well as place I really enjoyed myself
Cons: I didn't have enough time to stay longer

Cons: Long check in process, Long lines at the elevators when trying to leave.
Pros: Very nice room
Cons: The views out the window
Cons: Room was not as clean. Bathroom need major update. Water was freezing cold. No hot water for long time. Got west tower. DO NOT recommend west tower
. So crowded waiting for an elevator. Have to show keys all the time.
Cons: Don't know on who's end it happened but they lost my reservation checking in took way to long.
Had to show room key each time to get to elevator so annoying
Pros: The accommodations was great. They where able to get me the room that I asked for.
Cons: Everything was absolutely great.
Pros: The night club was so much fun!!!
Pros: Found one in our bed. Confirmed by security. Management gave us the runaround -- had to call three times to get someone with authority up to our room. Disgusting. Poorly handled.
Pros: Variety of activities and events, also plenty of restaurants that are themed around different ethnic groups.
Cons: When I get to my room, it is handicapped designed. Windows so dirty I can't see out of. Nothing to control the climate of room. Water was scalding hot and no cold at all. The next day I was able to get another room.
Cons: Shower was aweful! Poor water pressure! Beds were lovely!
Pros: Terrible room in west tower, bathroom wouldn't lock, toilet didn't work all the time, and you could hear elevators running all night in the room that sounded like a loud roller coaster.
Pros: I always stay here when I'm in AC. it's close to the beach, has shopping and food options inside for the rainy days, its own movie theater and gym and three night clubs!!
Cons: That the Night clubs are weekend only. so during the week you have to venture out to party.
Cons: Smell of room, cheap amenities in room, inadiquit lighting in room

Guestrooms at the Tropicana Casino & Resort have TVs with cable service and complimentary wireless Internet access. Some guestrooms provide views of the Boardwalk or the ocean. Refrigerators are provided upon request. Video game consoles are available.
Pros: Unlike casino hotels, the pace was more "relaxed" and family friendly. Only a short taxi ride will bring you to a casino for a show or gambling so if you look for a slow paced, family hotel in AC, this is it !!
Cons: The hallway became very noisy when the partygoers came back to the hotel high or drunk. That's not the hotel's fault. Hope someday "the shoe is on the other foot" !!!
Pros: View was fantastic and the rooms were great
Cons: Self parking was full when we checked in, tried to call the front desk and they weren't very helpful
Cons: The room and hallway were all permeated with smoke. It was unbearable. AVOID at ALL COST!
Pros: Great price, Close to all the action.
Pros: My wife and I went there January 1st to January 3rd to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The staff was professional, polite, and friendly. The room was beautiful, with nice pillows and sheets. We were walking distance from restaurants and shopping, and had a wonderful time while staying at this hotel.
I hope others go there too. It's a great place.
Cons: I wish the room had a refrigerator in it. But that was no big deal compared to all the other things the hotel had to offer.
Pros: I love to be there, everything was clean, excelent view, good costumer services
Pros: All the staff were very nice and accommodating. Very nice room, spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was average but nice. Bed was comfortable but pillows very flat. Overall great experience and very close to Tangier outlet. Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again
Pros: Great staff and the prefect location
Pros: History of miss America displayed in lobby, and prints of previous winners. Also complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice. The staff was very friendly too!
Cons: It was a hike to the beach & Boardwalk !
Pros: Very outstanding valet..its allway good to see them
Pros: Perfect location for shopping, casinos, beach and restaurants!
Cons: There wasn't a refrigerator and microwave in all the rooms. But we made do with our cooler.
Pros: Location! Convenient to shops, parking, roads & highways/expressways, & (most especially for my purposes) right across the street from the NJ Transit train station.
(I ride the ACS Bike-a-thon every year that I can. Now that the Bike-a-thon is back to ending in AC, I drive down with family ahead of the event, stay & park at the Sheraton, take the train back to Phil. the night before, then bike back to AC with the ACS. Meanwhile the family has a full-feature shore weekend - without disruption from my participation in the Bike-a-thon. A win-win!)
Cons: Usually nothing: You get what you pay for & usually that's roomier, quieter, cleaner & more comfortable than a lot of hotels & motels in AC. Since the Sheraton does not have direct beach access or a casino, the price is usually less expensive - even for a June weekend.
This year however, competition from an ANIME" convention (who knew), appears to have driven the cost up a bit. Still, cost/value ratio wasn't too bad, & the ANIME" attendees were entertaining - sort of like a colorful carnival in the lobby.
We are located right in the heart of the city, just a stroll from the famous boardwalk, casinos, and myriad restaurants and within minutes of train and bus stations and the expressway. "The Walk", with over 100 retail outlet shops, is just next door. Warm colors and a spiraling staircase greet you in our spacious lobby. When it’s time to catch up with colleagues or check in with friends, our computer workstations keep you connected. We boast the world's largest Miss America memorabilia collection, a sizeable Club Lounge, 20 meeting rooms, and stunning views. Our 502 updated, smoke-free guest rooms, including chic Club Rooms and luxurious Suites, all offer warm colors and crisp, pure-white bedding on our Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience. Plus, enjoy flat-screen TVs and the option of High Speed Internet Access.
Cons: Was screwed out of the King size room in the ocean tower that I chose specifically to be near friends in that tower in a king bed. Was given a queen bed in the Rendevous tower, far from our friends. Our bed was only a queen. For $53 PLUS the $20 in taxes PLUS the $10 resort fee- I feel ripped off. Don't let people book rooms if the hotel doesn't have them available!
Pros: I liked the room. I liked the casino. Elevators are nice. Bathrooms too. I liked the ocean view from my room.
Cons: I don't like the Parkin garage. N checking area is confusing. Not a lot of food options in the casino but not bad.
Pros: We booked 2 rms. for a wknd. party of 8. Had a great stay! The staff were pleasant and helpful everywhere we went. Live music at Margaritaville on Fri. night was awesome with good food and great drinks. The pool and pool bar Sat. afternoon was fun and friendly. There's so much to do in the area- we went parasailing, spent time on the beach and Boardwalk, and went to the beach bars and a couple of nearby casino clubs (we didn't sleep much!) Resorts was a great base for our weekend with plenty of space in the rooms for all of us and plenty of on site options for food, drinks and music.
Pros: The room was spacious
Cons: The entire hotel to include the non smoking floor smells like
Cons: Restroom is not clean, reservation is not the right amount, noise all night
Pros: Beds were ok
Cons: The bathroom was outdated. Bathroom floor blue tiles and shower curtain were dirty. Carpet floor looked dirty. 2 dusty closets
I WAS DISAPPOINTED
Pros: Beachfront access, on the boardwalk, good parking, excellent staff.
Cons: Old, worn-down rooms and bathrooms. Bath instead of shower. More expensive than the one next door (Taj) which is a much nicer room, floor-to-ceiling windows, modern, updated and cheaper.
Pros: Location , all activities ,
Cons: No promotions or comps that would make me stay here instead of another hotel
Pros: Close to everything we wanted to do
Cons: Requested rooms together, they said it would be a problem...they did not keep that promise.
Pros: I liked that we can go outside right to the beach and rides . I liked the security guard checking everyone's room keys before you can get to the elevator. The staff is very polite. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable too.
Cons: Check in is late. We requested an early check in because our daughter needs to nap after going on the beach and before our 6:oo dinner reservation . Also a sign that there is a food court would be good to put in the lobby. Did not realize it was there.
Pros: Located directly on the boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants within a few mins walking. New bathrooms. Rooms were comfortable and were inexpensive. Ocean views from the room. Would definitely recommend. Really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect getaway for a few days for adults. I would not advise bringing children. Besides the beach and the pier, there isn't much for children to do.
Cons: The room decor seemed a little dated, but that was the least of my worry. There was a mouse in our room (not that a mouse would hurt anything, we just didn't want it to get into our suitcases and food) and the front desk was more than willing to switch our rooms. Not that I was worried about it, but I figured there may have been a little compensation, but we can't control nature.
Located in Atlantic City, this beachfront hotel is on the boardwalk and within a 10-minute walk of Central Pier Arcade and Speedway, Ripley's Believe It or Not Odditorium, and Atlantic City Hall. Atlantic City Public Library is 0.4 mi (0.7 km) away.
Pros: Although not fancy the facility was well maintained and the rooms clean and functional. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would return.
Pros: Very surprised at how nice, new and clean the room and bath were.
Cons: Parking, location, lobby were not good. The breakfast area, was to small and hot.

Cons: Paid for a king but they ran out they said and was put in a room with two full size beds. We are a couple and had to each take a bed because it was so uncomfortable.
Pros: Hotel was clean
Cons: Non-smoking room that smelled of cigarette, staff could of been a bit more friendlier
Pros: Check-In person was terrific. She was so apologetic when our room was no ready yet and she had to spend some time working things out, finally moving us up to a suite ;-) Speaks well to their customer focus!
Cons: All was great!
Cons: Half of the bathroom lights didn't work, including those above the toilet and shower.
Pros: Food was great. It was fun and mistly clean.
Cons: Room service menu was very limited. Had to call 3 times for room service and was told i couldnt irder off normal menu had to use limited menu because casino was cutting back.
Pros: Guy Fieri's restaurant was awesome. Amazing food and staff there. Request a table with a view at restaurant it's a great view. Our Room had a beautiful ocean view as well.
Cons: Check in is horrible. 45 mins on line on a Saturday. We complained and were told it's like that every weekend. Almost missed our dinner reservation because of it. Stressful way to start. The whole lobby and casino smells horribly of cigarette smoke. There is terrible separation of non smoking and smoking sections. This really was a bad issue. Rooms not bad but not great. If you get a really good price it's ok but we spent almost $400 a night and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT. Go to Borgata for that price instead. Lesson learned for us.
Pros: I liked the service when I checked in. They provided a cot for my room to accomadate me and my family.
Cons: I didn't like that there is a $5 charge per person for the pool. If I'm a guest it should be included with the stay. I moved the table and there was crumbs left from God knows when. They should clean better. The rooms need to be updated. The elevator was also annoying putting the key in to get to your floor.
Pros: The water pressure in the shower.
Cons: First off they overcharged me. I paid for my room in full here on Kayak and then they hit me for more fees (RESORT FEES) on check out.
Secondly the place is just the biggest dump. Stuck in the 70's. I wanted to barf.
Pros: Great location for the beach and the convention center. Lots of nice restaurants, although with the downturn in AC, they are not frequently open.
Cons: Atlantic City is a morgue. The hotel is really long in the tooth. I had an electrical outlet falling out of the wall in the bathroom. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the shower. There was a round table but no desk. For a convention city, I would expect a desk.
Pros: No surprises, no problems. Comfortable and close to everything: the boardwalk and other casinos.
Cons: It could get a little newer but I'm not complaining.
Bally's Atlantic City is steps from the boardwalk, a half-block from the beach, and a 3-minute walk from the Pier Shops at Caesars. Guests can laze on the sand or hit the boutiques, while nearby Central Pier Arcade makes for a fun family excursion with its games and go-kart speedway.
Pros: Really terrific stay overall.
Connected to 3 Casinos, while not being a "casino hotel" was great.
Staff was very friendly and professional
The decor of the hotel itself is old-school and charming, while the standard rooms feel like a modern hotel.
Really reasonable rates.
The pool area is very nice with lots of seating and mock-cabanas. When we went it was overrun with kids, but I know there are adults only hours in the evening (which we did not take advantage of - should have!)
Cons: Only minor complaints here - towels in the room are small, and when we requested extra (we were initially provided two towels for a 4 person room) we were told that all the towels in the hotel were in use! But it was only a couple hours before they brought us more. No big deal.
The elevators can be terribly slow on occasion. Most of the time its fine, but there were one or two instances where we waited a solid 5-10 mins for one to come.
The drain in the tub is slow, so if you take a shower you will be standing in 2 inches of water by the time you're done.
Pros: There's a classic Atlantic City feel to the hotel that cannot be outdone by most other properties in the city. Rooms are more spacious than others and everyone was helpful! Even their self-park employees were so helpful to give us helpful information on the hotel and its neighbouring properties (especially since the food choices helped our starving selves upon arrival.)
Cons: Would have been nice if the counter at the second floor, which looks like a check-in and concierge counter itself, told guests to turn around and check-in at the first floor. It makes the hotel look a percent abandoned, so it makes that little spot look more like a museum half-done.
Cons: Elevators are almost impossible to get. Tv was broken, called the front desk about it, they lied and said they were sending someone up and never did. Children and families running around even later on in the evening
Pros: Easy access to boardwalk , dining and casinos. Staff was excellent.
Cons: Bathrooms needed some updating. More hangers in the closet.
Pros: Room was good size, roomy
In room fridge
Cons: Check in was difficult to find from self parking garage
Not enough towels in room
Room phone was broken
Could not check out on TV
Cons: Tv did not work, should have received a refund
Cons: AC kept returning quickly to auto mode and setting the temperature higher than comfortable.
Pros: nostalgic and classy
Cons: our fridge didn't work, but they replaced it immediately. the ice machine in the hall didn't work, had to go two floors away for ice.
Cons: Used a spare blanket from the closet in the room and next morning woke up with sand all over myself and the bed. Called in the morning to report the issue, room was made and sand and dirty blanket were born left in room. Called again in the evening and sand was finally taken off the bed but same dirty blanket was left in the room. Finally at around 9pm a new blanket was given to me and I was told that the spare blankets in the closets were not replaced unless asked by the guest. That is disgusting.
Pros: The king size bed
Cons: The bathroom was small
Pros: Liked everything about my stay at the hotel. Nice big spacious rooms.
Good value for money. Very close to the beach.
Cons: Lobby area had a weird smell.
Restroom in the room did not have a fan.
Pros: The place was close to the beach and board walk, staff was friendly, hotel itself was comfortable and clean.
Cons: Terrible restaurant! Went there for breakfast- I've never seen someone mess up an egg so badly! Staff was extremely slow! Overall it wasn't a big deal, and they were very nice. Oh, and the drinks they served were awful!

Clean sheets and pillows
Free breakfast and coffee
Close to the beach (2 blocks)
Breakfast lady hardworker
Manager was nice
Cons: Damp carpet
Room had odd odor due to humidity
Breakfast lady not flexible on breakfast time to other guests
Cons: Room was damp. Comforter felt damp. No microwave available.
Pros: simple good room. just one night to sleep in. place could use a facelift but room was good
Pros: Breakfast was good, staff excellent, the bed and pillows were awesome
Cons: The pullout sofa was very old as were the rusted lamps and chipped table, it was enough to make me not want to stay there again.
Pros: The price, freebreakfast and close to beach and Boardwalk.
Cons: Room smelled bad, musty/moldy.
Pros: Overall great location, block away from the board walk and ocean perfect! Great price, grocery store and liquor store across the streets 24 hour bonus!!!! Plus shuttle bus on main street. Great walking distance to every and anything. Will be returning,.
Cons: Fuzzy cable
Pros: Reasonablly priced and very clean
Cons: Street level Chealsey Ave side a bit noisy due to traffic.
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Very friendly and clean rooms, not to mention a great price. I will be back!
Pros: The bathroom had granite countertop
Cons: The room was crawling with roaches; did not sleep at all; totally freaked out. Management and staff gave no apologies or concessions and accused me of bringing the roaches in from the outside. They claimed they never had roaches in the property, yet they refused to go back to the room with me so that I could show them the roaches. They offered no discounts, refunds or apology! The place should be shut down and the staff fired.
Pros: I like AC very much but I normally stay away from the motels by the boardwalk, and now I know why.
Good: a block away from the boardwalk; rooms are excellent; corteous staff.
Bad: is the off season but they still charged $10 for a second car and $20 for an additional guest. Exteriors are in need of a hose down and the area is very sketchy, didn't felt safe.
The value quotient went out the window and we are not staying here again.
Pros: The price was great considering the other hotels nearby. About 1/3 of the price of the Tropicana 2 blocks away. Read reviews about $10 for parking but it was never mentioned to me. Haven't noticed a charge yet so I'll wait and see if that holds true.
Cons: I think our bathroom fan was broken since it never came on when we turned the bathroom light on. Also, there aren't any normal size pillows? Just small square ones? Yet still using regular pillow cases tucked in to hide the extra case...you probably get what you pay for.
Pros: Proximity to the beach and boardwark was great. A great value for the location and the staff was friendly.
Cons: The floor in our room was damp in some places.

Cons: Bad service
Towels were discussing, I have a better pool( dirty ...) in my backyard
I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all
Pros: Outdoor pool party, the room were very clean,
Cons: None, none, none
Cons: Wifi included
I wish it should have microwave
Pros: Clean and had a good buffet
Cons: Extra charges for basic amenities (wifi, asking for plates forks and knives for the room)
Cons: Smelly rooms, barking dog til midnight called 4 times they finally must have dine something because it stopped. Food is very overpriced and slim on any choices for special diets (I am celiac). It was our first time in AC and I can say we won't be back.
Cons: they took all my money
Cons: We were woken up 3 hours before checkout by housekeeping. They rushed us to leave the room and didn't give us ample time to pack and leave. We were not allowed to stay until check out because housekeeping wouldn't allow it. Very disappointing and rude.
Pros: The lobby is very nice, the food was really good, the pool was good as well.
Cons: The rooms are a bit outdated, no toothpaste in the rooms, customer service in the check in site is okay. You can hear the other guests in other rooms from your room.
Pros: I like that the casino was right downstairs.
Cons: We paid $622 for a weekend stay. They placed us in the oldest tower. There are 5 towers that the hotel has. We happened to get the oldest one. The bathroom was old the bed was stiff. Just a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. Room service was ridiculously overpriced. Watch what you order. A box of pizza and some gingerale ran us like $198.00 smh. Never again.
Cons: Pools where closed for renovation
Could not receive rewards card (10pm was too late)
No room service past 12am
Pillows VERY small
Bed sagged in the middle
Room smelled like mildew
Carpets where stained beyond belief.
Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City is right on the water in the Marina District, 12 miles (19 km) from the airport. Harrah’s shuttle bus provides convenient transport to attractions like the legendary boardwalk, with its shops, casinos, and restaurants, less than 4 miles (6.5km) away.
Cons: Loud all hours from receiving dock at Tropicana.
Pros: Location was great
Cons: The fact that people next to us were screaming in the very early morning hours and we thought they were going to break thru the locked adjoining door. We called downstairs and it stopped for a few minutes only to resume again.
Pros: I enjoyed that the price for the hotel was within the budget range that I was looking at. The location served its purpose for a place to sleep.
Cons: The location was much further away then I had anticipated but it was still manageable
Pros: Everything was good excelent people
Cons: Don't like just the smoke on the casino everything else very nice
Cons: it wasn't the cleanest
Pros: Hotel was waterfront, with our room having a side view balcony, which you could still see the beach very well from. The Boardwalk was very close to the hotel. The room was small to average in size, but surprisingly clean. Bathroom was nothing to write home about, but was clean and had nice amenities. The room had a fridge, which was very nice. Overall, an alright stay. We paid about 225 for a Saturday night, which beat other hotels in the area by $100-$300.
Cons: The hotel is relatively dated looking, with old fixtures, and an even older elevator and decor. The hallway of the floor we stayed on (5) smelled like cigarettes and weed, not very strongly but noticeably. The general clientele seemed...it wouldn't necessarily be great for families. But then again, neither is AC. If you've got kids take them somewhere nicer lol.
Pros: Had an awesome stay. Great service. Awesome view from the balcony. Great price.
Cons: They definitely need a gym in the gym.
Pros: Great location. So much potential.
Cons: My room smelled like mold. Carpet felt wet from humidity or mold or something. I really hoped for better here but it simply wasn't a clean comfortable feeling.
Pros: The convenient parking space and the location.
Cons: The room had no cell reception, the toilet didn't work, there was no ventilation and wifi was useless.
Pros: Couldn't tell you. I was not able to experience the hotel at all due to inclement weather.
Cons: I was not able to leave my home to travel to Atlantic City because it snowed 6 inches. I called the hotel early that morning to advise it was snowing where I live, and due to weather I wanted to at least reschedule this day to the following weekend. It was my fiancé birthday. We had reservations at Carmine's (which I also had to cancel). I was disappointed that no accommodation was made or even suggested. It was supposed to be a great time, but due to unforseen situation it wasn't. I just wanted to move the date to the following weekend, but the hotel was adamant that was not an option. There goes our celebration because I don't have any additional money to reserve for another room. And I am really disappointed that we could not enjoy or even experience a stay at your hotel.
Pros: Price. Location, flat screens, easy in, easy out
Cons: Thin walls, dated interior
Pros: We loved that the Days Inn was righ on the water/boardwalk and only a few steps across the street from the Tropicana and many other shops and casinos. We paid a great price for a Saturday night. The staff was very curteous and friendly. They allowed our car to remain in their parking garage free of charge after we checked out. I would recommend this hotel to others and plan to stay here again. The hotel itsself was clean, perhaps a bit "worn and weathered", but clean.
Cons: the bedsheets where stiff and a bit uncomfortable. When leaving, the housekeeping crew had a pile of sheets in the hallway, on the floor, instead of in a laundry cart. It was an odd eyesore, but nothing to raise a complaint about.

Walk to exciting entertainment, several casinos, and the beach, located just steps from this lodging facility. Pros: I like the fact I was able to find this place to be available on the same day of my trip as my original plans were cancelled. I also was satisfied with the price of one room for four guests.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that housekeeping left our dirty wash clothes and towels in the room. They also didn't take out the trash.
Pros: Customer service was great. Quite, lots of parking space, not for from conversation center. Chinese restaurant right across the street. Price was just right. I would go back again
Cons: I had to change room the next day because the heater in the first room was not working.in stayed for 3 days.
Pros: I liked the room clean and spacious. Nice and quiet relaxing at night not too many kids at least on my floor. The reception staff was pleasant and perry's diner was great. No bed bugs the sheet and towels was soft and did not smell like industrial detergent. The cleaning staffwere pleasant and professional.
Cons: The mattress was terrible it's a spring mattress not great to sleep on 1 night was enough. Not great at all with people who have back pains. They need to change the mattresses. Not too close to the broadwalk walking to the motel in Atlantic city is not too safe.
Cons: The funiture was broken. The cup where plastic. I paid 166 per for plastic cups. Our room were attached to the hotel, motel style.

Comfortable guest rooms include coffee-maker and hair dryer. Suites, smoke-free and handicapped-accessible rooms are also available. There is no charge for children 17 and under with an adult.
Cons: The room smiled of smoke'
Breakfast was bad the eggs where not cooked nor the sausages.
Have to pay for parking
Pros: Close to beach
Modern look for a motel
Cons: Pay $10 for parking not disclosed as free parking on kayak
It's a motel with window facing outside walkway
Horrible coffee with an almost breakfast not worth eating
Pros: Great price. Directly across the street from Tropicana and 1/3 of the price
Cons: If you are looking for a quiet hotel to go to bed early and not hear anyone outside your room then this probably isn't your place. But if you are looking to go experience AC nightlife and go back to your room late and not pay a lot of money then this is your spot
Pros: The room was updated and cleanliness was good
Cons: Although I didn't have a problem parking, parking is scarce and I could see it being a problem if you check in to late
Pros: The hotel is older looking outside but the room inside are newly rennovated. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The price for the room was resonable and plan on staying there again in the future.
Pros: The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Only stay here if you want bed bugs and really stained bed sheets. There are roaches all over the place. I am a Wyndham premium member who has stated Wyndham properties all of my life. This place really devalues the Wyndham Brad. Wyndham needs to remove this hotel from their properties.
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here it was beautiful and the bed is so comfortable and they have a nice bathroom with a blown dyer
Pros: The room itself was a good size, clean and very comfortable beds.
Cons: SO MUCH HONKING! Literally, nonstop honking from cars at the corner the hotel sits on. ALL NIGHT LONG. It's like honking will actually make cars move? I know that this is something that the hotel itself can't change but seriously I will never recommend anyone to stay here.
Also, this is definitely a hotel that people come back to after partying. You can't hear ppl in other rooms, but holy crap can you hear them perfectly when they are outside.
Pros: TV selection
Proximity to the casinos
Complimentary bath item (forgot a toothbrush)
Pros: The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was great, right next to the Tropicana and a Jitney stop. Since it was January we didn't go on the boardwalk but it is a block away so it would be convenient in the summer. I also felt safe because there were multiple cameras in each outdoor hallway. Didn't get up early enough for breakfast so I can't comment on that. No bed bugs or other critters like I've seen in other reviews.
Cons: The guest policy. If you wanted to have a friend in your room for any part of your stay, even just to hang out for a small period of time, you had to pay for them. Parking lot was small. I did not park here (parked at the Tropicana), but it looked like you would get parked in in certain spots.
Pros: The room was clean and roomy and the staff was very helpful. I had a wonderful time. Excellent price and location.
Pros: Good for the money & good size rooms.
Cons: Cleaning staff was lazy & the breakfast was pretty cheap.

Cons: No gambling in the casino anymore. We had to go next door to the resort's hotel. This was not mentioned on the website. My wife and I like having a casino downstairs for convenience
Cons: Very poor service
Pros: The agent at the front deak was more than accomedating! Unfortunatly I cannot recall his name but he made a wonderful first impression of the place. The server during breakfast was a delight! Although the food at the breakfast buffett was subpar she apologized for the establishmemts shortcomings and engaged us all in conversation. I almost forgot how disapointing the food was.
Cons: The place seemed to be in a limbo status under renovations or something. I felt like they were trying to hang on.
Pros: The room price for this hotel was about half of what casinos were charging for the same night. The room was clean with a marble bath and granite counters on all of the furniture. We had a nice ocean view. Overall it was a good value. Resorts casino is nearby as is the Landshark oceanfront bar. Two additional casinos are planning to reopen on either side. The Hard Rock, at the old Taj and the Ten at the former Revel.
Cons: The former casino was busy during our stay but had less amenities than the casino hotels. The hotel does have a couple of restaurants and one has a bar. It has large unused casino space. The hotel needs to find use for this open space. The former boardwalk front Johnny Rockets restaurant should be reopened. Old casino signage should be removed from the front of the building advertising a long closed buffet.
Cons: Not very clean, and just overall pretty crappy
Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.
Cons: The master bedroom sliding door could be replaced. Understaffed. Should bring the casino back.
Pros: Pet friendly hotel and quick and easy check in.
Cons: There is absolutely nothing around. With Taj being closed and Showboat no longer a casino, it is very far from other casinos.
Pros: Dog hair everywhere?in the room and sofa.
Dark lighting everywhere?
Open to early to take ur money.
There was no $ put into hotel.
Showboat Hotel offers a great location, putting you within a 15-minute walk of Steel Pier. After visiting the 24-hour fitness center for a workout, you can grab a bite to eat at one of the 3 restaurants or unwind with a drink at the beach bar. Flat-screen TVs and free WiFi are offered in all rooms.
Cons: Hotel manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Hotel room was old unkept and dirty. For almost $400 a night that hotel room should've been pristine.
Pros: Walking distance from boardwalk and casinos. Nice view. Comfy bed.
Cons: No coffee in room. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Hallway needed much improvements. No adjustable shower head. Most common areas were closed, for renovation ahead of summer season.
Cons: the water pressure absolutely terrible!! how do you expect a person tp take a shower under trickling water?
Pros: My husband and I loved the fact that the entire hotel is non-smoking. We were right next door to the Tropicana which was very convenient. it was nice leaving after our stay and not having to walk to a smoke-filled casino to do so.
Pros: The Chelsea main tower location was clean and the valet staff was nice.
Cons: The halls and elevator are very dated. The weekend rate was way too expensive for the overall condition of the hotel.
Pros: The shower had no water pressure and there was no hot water
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Things were falling off in our room that heater broke while we were in there the door wouldn't open with the key card ever lots of sounds in our room coming from the air vents loud people in the hallways at all hours of the night the smell of marijuana in the hallways somebody was jiggling are knob we had to evacuate not a good stay
Pros: The lobby and rooms were just tired. Bed was comfortable with nice bedding but the decor needs updating. Everything was clean. No coffee maker in the room or free coffe in lobby was disappointing. Seems that is standard in most hotels now. We had almost no hot water both days.
Pros: I love the room it was clean and comfortable
Cons: The room smelled like mold and cigarettes and we were on the non smoking side. The room door was not sealed good so the wind in the hallway made it seem like someone was trying to get in, so we had to place a folded piece of cardboard in the crack of the door to stop the noise. The shower head sprayed so wildly I had to shower with my back to the shower head which wet my hair up. Smh! Not a good stay!
Pros: The comfort was second to none n cool decor.
Cons: TV was terrible n nothing to do in that area except the Trop. Was never told in advance about security deposit.
Pros: The facility had great access to the beach, a beach bar, and a relaxing roof top pool with bar. Rooms we're a good size.
Cons: Staff members were not very welcoming. They weren't mean or rude, but didn't seem like they enjoyed their jobs or the guests. Older hotel so not many elevators, but what made it worse was when the service personnel put the elevators on hotels on hold during the busy mid morning. The hotel needs renovated badly. The hallways had stains on the carpet and the walls looked dirty. The rooms had damage to ALL the furniture which is weird because they make you put down $125 security deposit if damage is done. Sooooo if people are beng charged $125 when they cause damage then FIX the damage! Not staying there again. I'll pay a little extra to stay at the Tropicana.
