Auckland hotels near Auckland Ferry Terminal

Pros: Pool and gym are well maintained.

Pros: Service and people. They wanted to help.

Pros: Reception and concierge staff were helpful and efficient, especially appreciated because the lobby was busy with passengers who (like us) had just disembarked from a cruise ship. The hotel was contemporary, immaculate, and had a large sunny window. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has its own airport shuttle service. It was centrally located, right at the Sky Tower and a short walk to the Auckland Art Museum, Albert Park, and Aotea Square. The Sky Tower is a stop on the tourist-oriented bus routes. The waterfront is about 15 - 20 mts walk.

Pros: the staff were beyond excellent with their customer service. We had difficulties with travel and they were very supportive. The facility is beautiful.

Pros: Streamlined, colorful, mod, bustling 21st century stay with all the creature comforts. Staff went above and beyond when they had a boxed breakfast waiting for us when we had to leave extra early for the airport and couldn't utilize our morning breakfast buffet pass.

Pros: Went to check in but we had to wait an hour cause their computers were down. They gave us a free drink at the bar so that was nice. Felt the room was dusty especially in the washroom. Staff was friendly.

Pros: Great location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Queen street shops, restaurants, Sky tower, and Auckland harbor. Just used it as a base camp to visit things around the city. Easy bus from the airport (35 min), bus stop 2 blocks from hotel. No need to rent a car.

Pros: Concierge was very helpful. The photographer for the hotel's pictures was a magician because he certainly did an expert job at brushing up and photo shopping the website pictures.

Pros: I really liked this hotel. The rooms are small but they have so much in them. They have everything you could need including a washer/dryer! The one thing I did not like and it's one small thing, the pillows! Small uncomfortable pillows, that's it. I stayed 2 nights and was so comfortable, I didn't use room service. I had everything I needed and just kept the do not disturb card hanging on my door the entire time. I would stay here again, without a doubt. If you plan on walking as I did, you will be climbing a serious hill back to the hotel. I enjoyed the bit of exercise, some may not.

Pros: We loved the hotel, the staff were helpful, rooms clean and bed very comfy. The TV is good and WIFI is free! Bathrooms good and the shower is AMAZING. We enjoyed the stay and were here for six nights total. Close to everything you need.

Pros: Nothing. I was bitting by bed bug and left the hotel 4am. There was no other room for us, because apparently the hotel was fully booked. The receptionist didn’t even try to help us with other hotels. It was the worst experience.

Pros: It's the cheapest place in town by a massive amount. It exceeded my expectations. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Short walk to town and loads of nice cafes nearby.
