Not ideal given a global pandemic is going on. Fridge was dirty Never received an invoice after payment despite asking for one.

Cons: MSocial is unsocial just need to inform their guests better as to what they are entitled too. Had to ask multiple times can we do this can we have that. For those that take the King ocean view loaded social package you get free valet parking you get free cocktails between 5-7 pm and you get a choice of 3 mini bar packages included (ask at reception) also robes but again you’ll have to ask for those as well. Hotel is operating on skeleton staff but I suspect many are in these times. On a positive note staff were friendly rooms are nice and clean. Will stay here again now we know how the hotel runs. Pros: We felt very pampered in the luxurious room and comfortable bed. I enjoyed the welcome fruit and turkish delight too. The dinner in Partington's Restaurant was outstanding (albeit expensive!) We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The car service was very friendly- note the valet parking is $30 a day.

Cons: We were originally allocated a room that had an incredibly offensive smell (mould and damp). However, once notified, the hotel responded promptly, investigated and moved us to another room.

Cons: The worst that happened was that the staff forgot to replenish the English Breakfast tea and sugar in the room on one occassion!

Cons: I booked the room for my birthday. It was very expensive for a shabby run down hotel, the tvs were extremely outdated, the bedside tables that covered holes in the wall were the wrong size for the room and the room did not match the pictures in the listing. It was such a disappointment I ended up changing my planned two night stay to one night. Would not recommend.

Cons: One of the worst desserts I've ever had and my breakfast salmon omelette was very fishy tasting.
There are not really good views despite the location. We paid for a water/harbor view, but it was really a city view with view of a boat. Most of the rooms look either onto the city, other rooms or over the street and businesses across the street. Seems like at least the restaurant should be located where it has great views - but it has no views, unless you sit outside.
