The Best Western Plus Austin Airport Inn & Suites is conveniently located just two miles north of the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and only three miles from Downtown Austin. This hotel proudly offers a complimentary hot breakfast buffet served in our spacious breakfast room as well as variety of other amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, state of the art exercise facility, guest laundry, business center, free/convenient parking and meeting/conference room accommodating large groups. Hotel also offers free shuttle from and to the airport daily from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. In addition, all of our comfortably designed guest rooms and suites offer a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, free high-speed Internet access and 42-inch flat screen LED televisions. Guests will find themselves conveniently located near many of Austin's local attractions, all the way from the State Capitol to the famous Sixth Street nightlife filled with a host of bars, nightclubs and restaurants both upscale and locally renowned. The hotel is minutes from the University of Texas Austin and all other Longhorn activities. Pros (+) The king suite room was large, comfortable, and very clean. Great customer service and modern amenities. I liked the high ceilings, good air conditioning, and crown molding. The smart TV with access to Youtube and ability to log into Netflix was a great bonus.
Cons (-) Although Riverside Dr has improved in the recent years, it is not a neighborhood that you want to go for a jog in. Just be aware of your surroundings.

Pros (+) The room was comfortable and clean
Cons (-) I checked in at 11pm and left at 4am and still had to pay full price. The shuttle never came to get me from the airport so I had to call for a taxi after sitting there for over a half hour.

Cons (-) First off, I was charged by kayak. Then I proceeded to get charged by the hotel. Then the night staff could not find my reservation. This lead to a long wait. Then he finally gave me a card to my room, well it was not quite my room. As I entered that first room I found a naked man sleeping on the bed.
