Terrible service. Room was not what we had reserved. They didn’t care. Told us to go or another hotel. Never going back to a Westin.

Pros (+) The location was perfect and right in the middle of downtown hotspots.
Cons (-) The hotel and rooms were nice. Loved the decor of the hotel and rooms. The valet service was wonderful. My wife and I will visit this hotel more often for a get away and we live 25 miles south of Austin.

Pros (+) Clean, centrally located, great staff, nice gym
Cons (-) Rooftop bar and pool under construction and not usable!!! We were not told that when we booked and the rooms were not discounts to make up for it.

Pros (+) Can't beat the location. The staff were on top of it. Rooms were comfy and clean. All in all, I'd definitely stay again.
Cons (-) Our room, 1927, was directly under the gym, and we could hear the dropping of weights. The pool area was a really nice rooftop pool but was super crowded- a little too small for a hotel this size.
