Cons: Restroom still have stains, bed sheets had holes and right by the door they trash cans with over flow of trash with a lot of insects, like if it has been a couple of days that they empty them.

Cons: Registered as family of 3, got 2 towels. Floors had not been swerved.Shower curtain would only cover mid area of rod=cold shower. Breakfast? Yucky eggs. Very loud. Lots of construction workers whom leave at all hours. Lots of men loitering. Saw police and security engaging with men 3x within 48 hours.

Cons: Outside was dirty, too many people just hanging around outside does not feel safe.

Cons: The smell immediately as I stepped out of the room. Only Two pillows For Two Queen Size beds. Towels were gross.

Cons: Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. Room was dirty. Electrical outlet hanging out of the wall. The pictures on the website look nothing like the hotel itself. Holes in the bedspread. The furniture looked like something from a garage sale. I have see better looking rooms on an episode of cops. I would never stay there again and would not recommend this to anyone.

Cons: Nowhere near university or downtown, next to loud freeway, holes in bedding, no towels upon arrival, MOLD IN BATHROOM, breakfast food was gross, staff was unfriendly, elevator was broken/under repair, ice machine not working

Cons: This place needs to be inspected by the health department because the room was fithy, everything you touch was sticky. Wr wanted a none smoking room but the room we were in smells like smoke. The AC was not working, they have a ceiling fan. I am.writing their corporate office.

Cons: The bathroom was falling apart, had holes in the doors, and the towel holders were hanging by just a few threads. The bed was miserable, the pillows were basically non existent and the mattress even had holes in the sides. Didn't realize that our booking was for a smoking room and boy did it stink. All of our clothes had to be washed. The AC unit shut off and on all through the night. Worst sleep ever!! This hotel should be no more than $40 a night!1!!

Cons: I didn’t like the way we were checked in I asked the women behind the desk a question and they began to laugh when I asked. People we’re knocking on our door all night. Also, the water in the room was cold the whole time so we were unable to take a shower.

Cons: The breakfast at the hotel did not include any meat... such as bacon or sausage. It only had dried out scrambled eggs, waffle iron and toast. The staff told us that the owners of the hotel consider eggs to be meat and they quit serving any kind of meat at the hotel. Apparently, the owners of this hotel are not from this Country. When I booked the room, I was told that the breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, etc......This was not accurate at all. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known they did not have a "complete" breakfast. Very disappointed in that... that is not how you run a business...

Cons: Too much freeway noise, partiers woke me up at 3am, also woke up on previous stay by construction in complex, cable was intermittent. I was also informed that rates would quadruple for sxsw as well as formula one week. Anyone who pays over 80.00 a night for this room should get their head examined of be fired for misappropriation of funds...really!!!

Cons: Run down, looked like blood on curtain, laminent floors were cheap, first room door lock didn’t work “because of the rain” and poor location.

Cons: ROOMS HAD A BAD ODER PEOPLE PARTING TILL 4:30 IN THE MORNING PLAYING VERY LOUD MUSIC ALSO FIGHTING AND YELLING GOING ON DRUG USE GOING ON OUTSIDE I WILL NEVER PUT MY FAMILY THROUGH THAT AGIAN.

Cons: The lady at the front desk had a nasty attitude and the breakfast was horrible

Cons: clean inside the rooms but dirty outside and all around the building. Also somewhat of a rough crowd, people shouting and arguing loudly in the parking at fairly late hours.

Cons: I didnt like how the breakfast hours were. The mini fridge wasn't keeping our food cold.

Cons: Found 7 roaches in the first hour! Water pressure wasnt enough to get the shampoo ouf of my hair. There is only sheets on the bed so if u get cold suck It up. Worst motel I have ever been to!!! Will not stay here again. Would rather sleep in my car.

Cons: The drug deals in the parking lot with plenty of thugs lurking around. The room itself was very stinky muggy and hot with cockroaches already living there permanently.

Cons: The towels were very rough. The bed didn’t actually seemed clean and the mattress dipped in the middle. There were tiny roaches crawling around the floors as well. The drain in the shower moved off the hole while showering. Wa wonky given 2 pillows for 2 people. The floors looked like a job done by a 2 year old. The black out curtains didn’t black anything out so light was coming in. There was a lot of outside noise from other neighbors and from cars and construction.

Cons: It's in a sketchy part of Austin. There are roaches everywhere. The bathroom floor was literally mushy, because water had gone under the stick-on floor laminate. Beds were far from comfortable, had a dip in the middle of the mattress. Pubes on the pillow (!!!!). No fridge or microwave. No closet. But the people were the worst part. Other guests were so seedy the motel has a security guard at night and a CURFEW. I witnessed a fist fight and the police showing up. I heard a very loud verbal fight outside my window the first night, then the second night was worse: someone kept yelling, "NO PLEASE DON'T!" over and over, then I heard what sounded like physical struggle, and then a lot of human whimpering. I literally couldn't tell if they were male or female. It was horrifying. I called 911. I will NEVER stay there ever again.

Cons: Road construction - but hey this is I35 there is always construction :-)

Cons: The staff can be more educated in the policies and not treat everyone as if they were prostitutes and drug dealers . It's a disgrace. Disgusting place.

Cons: Felt unsafe.. Looks like a hotel that rents by the hour. Suppose to stay 4 nights, stayed 1 night and went to a nearby wyndam for remaining 3 days of our stay.. We normally not very picky because we don't spend much time in a hotel room but this was a miserable nights experience..

Cons: Floors were sticky and dirty when we arrived. Seems like the cleaning crew probably mops 30 rooms with the same water. If they mop at all. Bed was literally THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. It was lumpy and the springs were not good. Sleeping on a board with clean sheets would have been more desirable. Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking room with the heavy attempted mask of a bad air freshener. It smelled like a bathroom stall at a truck stop. Low water pressure from the shower made it near impossible to shower. However, the pressure from the sink was stupid high...like a jetstream. Rude front desk staff who were incredibly unprofessional - Check in was prolonged as they sat and laughed with a customer about his signature. - Tried asking for two pillows, they stated they had no extras. - Asked for shampoo/body wash and was told they had none. - Called to see about switching rooms because of how unbearable ours was along with the upstairs neighbor who sounded like they were moving in and rearranging furniture until 2am, and then as early as 6am when loud dragging nosies woke us up.... Was told at 11pm they were booked full and was hung up on. I've stayed at this location 3 years ago, in a room with two double beds and had no issues. The room was clean and the bed was pretty average. But the single double bed room I stayed in was absolutely unacceptable. I try to stay in Motel 6 because generally, I have no issues with their rooms.... But I will be calling their main office and reporting my stay. They need to definitely do something about the service at this location.

Cons: The a/c didn't work very well and the room wasn't cleaned as much as it should have been.

Cons: Cons-TV didn't work. Mold in bath. No shower head. Prison blankets. Door had been kicked in and minimally repaired. Other people's food left in fridge. Loud tenants. DON'T STAY HERE!

Cons: The cigarette smell lingers all over my room, as soon as I turn on the heater the smoke alarm goes off. The bed was thinner than the sheets and had burn marks in it.
