Our confirmation said there would be a breakfast. There was no breakfast. I think this hotel is run by a cheapskate. For example, the bar of soap you receive is about 2cm x 1 cm. If you use it up, it is not replaced. Also, there is no reception between midnight and 8AM. We had to call our own taxi, which I managed in Spanish, but it made me nervous.
Pros: The location was good and the room was clean and big. However, our room was noisy and we asked to have it switched. The staff refused to consider it.
Cons: The reception staff was not pleasant. The woman on Sunday morning actually smiled, but the other two who were there on weekdays were rude and unhelpful. If you stay here, expect to be treated like a nuisance.

Although only about 5 or 10 minutes from Avila's old town, this place is in a deserted-at-night industrial park and very difficult to find. The reception area looks like a cheap bar and the parking, while free, is in the basement and in very tight quarters. The room was clean and modern looking, the internet worked well, and we got a free 1.5 liter bottle of water. Bare bones, clean, good internet. I guess that's enough.
Pros: The price was right.

Pros: Breakfast is okay.
Cons: There is no parking space. Had to park the car one kilometer away then hauled the luggages to the hotel. The room needs serious remodeling, bathroom looked moldy, paper wall was peeling off.
