beautiful views, with easy access to an almost private beach. nice pool areas and grounds. limited choice on food, with no room service after 10pm. we also booked a junior suite and were given a regular room, it was pointed out to us two days later(i didn't know the hotel so just accepted the room as there standard suite). We didn't move as the room was fine with great views. Staff where friendly enough but no stand out service.
The weather Refurbishment going on at the moment with no mention of this whilst booking, a bit disruptive ie: use of the lifts etc..
Excellent facilities and very pleasant staff
Exceeded my already high expectations, really lovely hotel, nice staff, good food, accommodation was of a very high standard (we did pay to upgrade) The evening entertainment was poor, but difficult to cater for all tastes I suppose, even so, it could have been much better. A very poor abba band was the best of a truly bad bunch.
Personal welcome and nice attitude throughout the stay by the owner (Ms. Stella), very clean room, nice and practical design of interior, the room was comfortably spacious for 2 people, all equipment and interior in fairly new shape. Great for self-catering (kitchen in the room allows for all basic cooking). I liked the fact that no extra charge was required for the airco and safebox. The swimming pool is nearly useless for swimming: It's quite small (don't trust the photos) and shallow and gets quickly crowded. But it's good to cool you down on a hot day.
The hotel is located in the centre of Pefkos - which is a nice touristic town, offers a lot of nice places to eat, but doesn't have those awful huge hotels. People running the hotel are very nice and very helpful. There is nice swimming pool and playground, so the hotel is a good place for a family with small kids. It is clean, kitchenette has all required utilities. The only disadvantage I could think about is that it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. But it is a nice walk :-).
Very friendly and affordable accommodation. 5/10 minutes walk to the beach. Pleasant rooms with airco and kitchenette. We only stayed for a couple of days because we rented a house in a complex. I lost my watch, I thought in the hotel, but it could have been anywhere. They traced me in our new location after they found the watch and phoned the caretaker of the complex. Went through a lot of trouble. Thanks a million. There are still honest people in this world. NVT
Great hotel and staff. Clean and very family friendly. Easy to book direct and pay on leaving (not arrival). Allowed to keep our room until 6pm on day of departure. All in all a great week's holiday.
The stunning views, first class accomodation and excellent service.
staff very friendly, infinity pool, 20% off on massages do we did 3! 35 pounds for buffet food was expensive for what it was, sauna only on demand
The hotel, staff, and location were perfect. Would go back again! The food was really good but a little heavy with the salts. We started requesting no salt on our dishes and things came out perfect.
Hotel staff, food, location
Beautiful designed hotel with very friendly staff. We arrived a day late and the staff upgraded us to a room with a private swimming pool in the balcony. The food in the restaurant is also very good and nearby Lindos offers plenty of good alternatives as well. Hiring a car is recommended if you stay here. Not much to complain. Some days we found a plate of fresh fruits in the room and other days not. Not clear why. A nice bottle of champagne was waiting for us upon arrival, but it was not cooled. Internet could be better in a hotel of this standard.
Fantastic Hotel, fantastice location, fantastic staff who could not do enough to make our stay memorable . The Hotel is so relaxing that it is impossible to find much wrong . Not the cheapest Hotel re drinks/meals but 5 star treatment all the way
The view, the position. Also private beach is quiet and pleasant. Rooms are new and stylish, as all property. I was upgraded to detached suite with outside jacuzzi Spa too busy, shared pools in suites look tiny, sometimes cleaning service failed to complete by afternoon. Three lifts and downhill walk to get to the beach, but I reckon it's fair when you can enjoy the unforgettable view
very charming place in a beautiful location. Wonderful breakfast buffet.Hotel staff very kind
Very friendly staff and outstanding service. We got a free upgrade to a room with private swimming pool. Great buffet breakfast. Comfortable, quiet large rooms and large selection anti allergic and other pillows. A bit further away from Lindos than expected. You will definitely need a car. As a suggestion, the hotel could improve on information about e.g. price of dinner and how to use the "pillow menu".
Staff very helpfull and efficient, food excellent, facilities clean.
The architecture and the position of the hotel.
Very Pretty hotel Barely open. Not ready for guests.
Wonderful location, fabulous facility and great buffet. concierge servive left alot to be desired
Gorgeous location, beautiful hotel, peaceful escape.
Outstanding staff performance, elegant interior & exterior space, excellent restaurant
We were met at the Square in Lindos and our luggage transferred for us. We were then told that we had been upgraded and had one of the superior suites which has it's own private terrace overlooking Lindos Harbour and panoramic sea views. It was breathtaking. We also ate at the hotel and the food was good quality and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
stunning location 5 min walk to the beach .service exceptional very warm friendly and efficient staff.beautiful surroundings. nothing
I liked the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the style and position of the hotel. Everything was amazing. No.
Amazing views, hotel was so luxurious and staff very attentive to all your needs, very good for getting into lindos in just a couple of mins walk It's a walk up a steep hill to get to the hotel so if you're not able to walk very well etc might not be the best hotel for you
the tasteful decoration all around the place the background music, but this is a problem in the most of nowadays hotels; as there is nobody who understands the value of peace
Either Bessa and Mona are great managers, let us leave at home, and gave all the informations about the city and the best places to visit and eat. The hotel is situated in the heart of the old town, but it is in a very quiet place. The breakfast is a buffet and has some kinds of breads, jellies, eggs, fruits, iogurt, it is included and is excelent. The room is large and very comfortable. The hotel is a new and nice building.
Filoxenia is a beautiful traditional hotel. Calm, comfortable and nice. The breakfast could have more choices.
The room was very cozy and comfortable. It was a very peaceful place to stay. Check in time restrictions.
Good location on outskirts of Lindos, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable.
Great location: nearer to the town of LIndos, to its Acroplis, to a couple of marvellous beaches and also easy to find parking No tv in my room...even with air conditioning system it was very hot during the first hrs of the night - but this Lindos in august...not Filoxenia!
Nice helpful people, good premises, relaxing quiet environment, very close to shops and castle. N/A
When we arrived at the designated parking area and called Filoxenia they came to collect us immediately for the short walk to the hotel. Excellent location for shopping and sightseeing. Before we arrived we were told there had been a mix up with our booking, but our replacement room was comfortable and spacious and they offered and did give us a discount. Quiet little B&B to come back to - cozy flowered courtyard, simple yet filling breakfast. We greatly enjoyed our stay.
Pretty and convenient b&b. The room was very clean & comfortable, the staff friendly and extremely helpful. For example, when the air con struggled to cope with the extreme heat, they set the system to override the automatic cut off and they made special arrangements for us to leave cases until later in the day of departute. The breakfast was excellent. No
Guesthouse in very good position, close to the center of Lindos and to the St. Paul bay that you can easyly reach with a 3 min walk. Recommended if you have a car, it is very close to a free parking. The room was quite warm, we needed to make the aircon running all the day long in order to keep temp below 30... But it must be said that the climate was really hot, and no wind
Was not pleased to find that this hotel was almost exclusively taken by Friendship Travel a singles holiday tour operator. This seemed to affect the attitude of other people staying at the hotel to me, an outsider. Consequently I did not even take breakfast at the hotel or use the pool and went elsewhere. I feel that people should be made aware of this before booking
the staff and the 'family like' atmosphere - not too large no room service. have to chace the cleeaning women for pool towls
That they upgraded my room That they charge for drinks during the dinner without having an option for regular water free of chare. In addition, during breakfast you have to wait for the waiters to serve you coffee.
staff was excellent and extremely helpful... I forgot my passport at my last hotel, they were able to get it delivered for free. Saved me 45 Euro!
location was perfect - view over the bay was out of this world and the hotel beach and pool are perfect. The dinner inclusive rate was very good value for money and the choice was excellent. The bedrooms are very well maintained and attractive - the sea view is worth the supplement.
overvalued, expected more for that price. I think they profit from their proximity to the beautiful city of Lindos.
Incredibly peaceful place, friendly staff, great food and clean rooms.
Staff friendliness, presence of the swimming pool, quite close to very nice beaches and to place to visit
the hotel stuff is nice but couldn't give us the correct town bus timetable. if you are looking for a countryside hotel and traveling with a car this is a ok location with included breakfast and dinner. otherwise the name is tricking travelers who are looking for a location in or close to lindos. As already said the hotels name plays with the towns name but is not really close to Lindos. If you arrive with the bus it's a 45 min walk to the hotel with luggage. there is a bus station close to the hotel but it goes really irregular. The rooms look clean but there are many ants and bugs everywhere on the floor. you have to be careful with bags. the room was a seaview room but this hotel is kilometers away from the coast
Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff and nice, extremely clean rooms with good en suite facilities. Small hotel (40 rooms) mostly if not all with sea view. Quiet place. Alhough perfect for me I think this is not really a family hotel. Only couples were staying there and the pool is deep (I am 6 ft tall and could only stand in 1st 1/4 of the pool's length) and has no children's paddling area. Buffet a little repetitive after 2nd day but reasonable for the money.
not very much. location close to the beach is totally misleading! it is right next to the main road, noisy! have to drive to beach and to Lindos. Breakfast was very poor! muesli was more like animal feed, sausage out of a tin, orange juice was squash and coffee .....
I liked the friendliness of all the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Very welcoming, approachable & helpful. The views from the hotel was amazing, very peaceful & tranquil. Children freindly too. Gorgeous swimming pool that was very welcoming. Rooms at a very high startd of clieanliness, rooms serviced every day. They even folded my p.j.s which was a nice personal touch. Would have prefered tea/coffee facilities in my room & perharps a t.v. As all of our party that stayed there commented on that. But appart from that no nothing.
The room was clean. The staff friendly and willing to help. Smaller hotel so not busy. Nice pool. Spacious car park. Breakfast and dinner included in the price. Dinner was usually nice. The room was very small. No double bed, instead two wooden, single beds pushed together. Rather uncomfortable. Slight walk to the beach but does only take 10 minutes. Very basic bathroom facilities. Breakfast was more continental with tinned fruit and pastries.
It's a nice place to stay and relax. It is situated between sea and mountains. Hotel staff is realy kind and helpful. We like it very much :-)
The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very grateful to them for providing us with food when we arrived from the airport even though dinner had long since finished. Similarly on the day of our departure we were picked up before dinner started but we were given meals before we left. The food was good and there was an authentic Greek theme throughout. Our room was kept very clean & we had cleen towels each day. I had no qualms whatsoever about leaving personal possesions in the room.
Very relaxating and calme. Clean.Good sevice.Great gardens none
The location of the hotel was very good. It was a very good value for the money. It took a little getting used to, the fact that there was no staff on the premises. Rather than a hotel, it was better described as a "self catering studio." That said, there was complete use of a nearby hotel facilities. The combination of the larger hotel and the easy going/casual aspect of our facilities worked out very well.
Excellent location, lovely view of the Acropolys, quiet, close to the beaches, shops and restaurants. Friendly owner. It was very hot despite the air conditioning but this was probably mostly due to the time of year (August) and not to the room itself.
We stayed at a Lindos Panorama studios, not hotel. Was better than expected, beautiful veiw, great location, met all our requirements for a fab holiday. Air conditioning was brill & much needed so it was great not to have to pay extra for it like all the other studios we looked at.
The best thing was George, the owner of the studios, who was friendly, helpful and caring. The studios were perfectly located, 5mins from shops, town and beach, with an amazing view of the Acropolis to wake up to every morning. They were clean, comfortable and fully equipped, I would highly reccomend Lindos Panorama to anyone.
The owner of the hotel is kind and the place is wonderful. The view is spectacular and in the neighborhood there are the most important places of interest in Rhodes. Finally it is a very romantic place.
The staff were very pleasant & helpful Cats everywhere...mostly wild....staff said sometimes they bite! They were in & out of the dining room!Very uncomfortable beds!
This has been the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel, we always seem to be pulled back there! The kids had a fabulous time and we really couldn't have ask for more. The staff are amazing, so friendly and everyone bends over backwards to help, and make the stay even more enjoyable. We will be going back the sooner the better!
My family and my friends were very satisfied by B&B comfort, beach, design, silent, quantity and quality of breakfast, room cleaning and staff. TV set is antic. The little problems with door lock.
The entertainment programms for adults is good but, not enough.
Friendly female staff especially a girl called Dimitria and Esther...will never forget her, clean, dramatic view, beach 50m away from your room ....many more .. Bad internet service .... The manager was a little rude ...
The hotel is set in a beautiful coastal location within easy reach of Lindos. It has a beautiful garden and an amazing spa. The buffet breakfast had a good array of choices and caters for most tastes. Via booking.com we booked a double room with sea view, yet when we arrived we were given a double room with a garden view. After complaining we were moved to a sea view room but it was a twin room. The bathroom was not particularly clean and on the second night there was no hot water for the evening shower. Given the size of the hotel we would have expected the hotel to have an adequate heating system in order to supply the hot water at peak times. The wifi doesn't work anywhere in the hotel except the hotel lobby, which they did not tell us at the time of purchasing web access (50 EURs for a week!) and there was no internet cable in the room. We requested one and they told us that they had ran out!! And took 3 days to supply one.
Good staff, excellent, well maintained grounds and pools and its own extensive plot and beachfront Relatively isolated without a car
The friendliness of the staff.the choice of pools.thecloseness of beach and shops.
Location was perfect, room extremely clean, pool amazing
The feeling of spaciousness. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a large balcony with a place to hand out washing.
Clean, Spacious, Excellent Breakfast Service, Friendly, Helpful, Relaxing No
the pool area and comfort of rooms and sheets /towels changed every day the way thank other locations such as the island resort can use the pool area. is we wanted to stay at these apartments we would have booked them
