Pros (+) Staff did their best but hotel overrun with families for the weekend. Not our idea of a relaxing weekend break.
Cons (-) Breakfast was inedible, bar was overrun, gym was overly busy. Not the fault of the hotel but had Kayak provided them with our contact details then they could have warned us and we could have changed our plans.
