Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to the city center, restaurants, and public transport. Several reviews also mention that the rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, there are significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and pool areas. The pool itself is frequently described as unclean or poorly maintained. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing unhelpful or rude staff. Overall, while the location and room size are highlights, improvements in cleanliness, pool maintenance, and service are needed.
