Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the wellness area, which includes pools and saunas. The breakfast was generally considered acceptable, though not exceptional, and some guests highlighted the good value for price. However, there were recurring complaints about cleanliness, especially in bathrooms and pools, as well as issues with room descriptions, noise, and outdated facilities. Some guests also found the buffet-only dinner limiting and mentioned occasional problems with service responsiveness. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel was seen as suitable for a short wellness stay, particularly for those not seeking luxury.
