Our family of five waited out int he cold for 30 minutes for the first shuttle from which we were turned away because it only fits around 12 people and there were 20+ waiting. Pros (+) Great value vs the walkable hotels from Schiphol, saved more than enough to pay for a good dinner that evening. Shuttle to and from Schiphol every 20 min til 1am or so. Staff were absolutely fantastic, accidentally left a bag in a taxi upon arrival to the hotel, staff called the taxi company quickly and got my bag back within 45 min!
Cons (-) Shuttle was very difficult to find at Schiphol, it's a large bus that also travels to the Budget and Ibis hotels (should have all 3 hotel names / logos on it: Ramada, budget, ibis). Need better shuttle description from the hotel upon reserving the room...
