Pros (+) The location was really great. The check-in and checkout out process was very smooth.
Cons (-) For the price the room was adequate. We asked to have the room made up when we were out and that never happened. There were issues with the elevators.

Cons (-) Restaurant facility understandably operating under Covid restrictions. Almost 50 dollars for a sparse take out breakfast for two seems steep.

Pros (+) All employees were very helpful. They freely provided helpful information pertaining to how to get to places and great info as to where to dine within a short walk.
Cons (-) Unfortunately we had an issue with our room reservation and this did not sit well with us since we were traveling with our young son. We made a reservation that included a king bed. When we checked in they informed us that they "over-booked and did not have any rooms available with king beds.
