Everything was great! Best hotel I've ever stayed in for sure. Great Harbor view
The toilet was either running or not flushing for the entirety of our stay. Had maintenance come up 4 times within 2 days. Asked for a later checkout time for our troubles the 4th time I called. They gave us an extra hour. It was running again when we left.
Everything was fantastic except the pool and hot tub were closed.
The hotel was fantastic. The room was bright and airy, very clean, and we'll thought out. The staff was nice. There was one issue and unfortunately to me it ruined my trip, I realize to most it wouldn't be a big deal. Besides the issue below everything was great.
After I made the reservation, I was informed the pool and hot tub were closed for the week for repair. It was the main reason I chose this hotel. In fairness the hotel did take my 56 dollar parking fee off and the manager did email me offering to upgrade my room my next visit. Problem is, I'll never go to Baltimore again, city is run down and can't walk 10 feet without getting bombarded by a homeless person asking for money.
The serene atmosphere and class
Ideal location inInner Harbor
Very friendly staff, Modern rooms, walkable to Camden yards and inner harbor, reasonable room rate for this upscale hotel
Our room backed up to elevator, could hear that all night.
Friendly staff, beautiful views, great gym, affordable, clean, and cozy
Beds, pillows, access to pool.
Some repairs needed, esp. in bathrooms and pool area. Pool closed at 10 PM. A fridge was in the room but no minibar/snacks. The smoke alarm flashed all night (brightly).
The Italian toiletries in the bathroom were lovely!
Will stay again
The Staff was most accommodating, they make you feel like family. they always greet you with a smile. Everyone was so helpful loved my stay there and will stay there again. It is close to a lot of places you can walk to, and walking distance to the stadiums. LOVE LOVE LOVE this hotel... The view over the Harbor was Fabulous!!!
Not having a trash can by the little kitchen area, but I am a neat freak,
The room was beautifully decorated and had spectacular view of the harbor. Location is in walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants. We did not need to move our car during our stay. A free bus service Charm City stops close to hotel and was easy to use. The staff was very friendly
When we arrived there was no valet parking available. The hotel parking lot said full but we pulled in anyway & found plenty of spots. ( we think they put full sign up to discourage people going to baseball game from parking in lot ) Parking too expensive : $30 per day
nice bathroom Restaurant was good Great location
Room seemed dated
The staff had a wonderful attitude and were very attentive to customer needs. The fitness room was great; the buffet breakfast was a good value. The hotel is located in the inner harbor. The in room Keurig worked. This was a nice stay
Some of the furniture was pretty old but I really don't need anything fancy to put my clothes into.
I loved the facilities. Bathrooms are upscale. Very nice shower. The facilities and decor is tasteful and classy very calming and comfortable. The rooms are very spacious
The carpet in the rooms need updating although there were 2 double beds there was plenty of room for Queen beds.
i enjoyed my stay, although the toilet handle was broken. Other than that my stay was enjoyable
Food are excellent but expensive. The room rate includes breakfast for extra $20. However, that only allows up to $40 for breakfast. You have to pay the extra.
The hotel is not worth $230/night ($40 extra for Harber view). Water in swimming pool taste like salty water and only opens to 8:00pm.
This is a 5 star Hotel that is at the point of needing some refurbishment. However, any concerns we had were professionally dealt with.
The bed in our original room was not very comfortable but the Hotel upgraded us to a suite as soon as we made them aware of our concerns.
