Cons: What you should expect for the money

Cons: There was no one at the front door. when I called the number that was posted on the door for assistance, it was an older lady and she says that they have no rooms available and questiomed that I even had a reservation. she said that she just joined different websites for booking rooms in her hotel and she has had many issues. she never came out to actually speak to me face to face we are just talking on the phone the entire time which was pretty irritating. She said someone just checked out and that if I waited an hour I can have a room but for right now that they were all booked up. It was already very late and we are just looking for a place to sleep and I had made the reservations earlier that day about 11 o'clock in the morning. so overall the stay, the booking and the experience was horrible.

Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable. Kinda felt like a wrestling or boxing ring. The AC was really loud.

Cons: This is our second stay we appreciated the economical value and cleanliness, however on both stays the female receptionist was extremely rude the other staff were polite and hospitable but she is terrible no manners or customer service etiquitte whatsoever.

Cons: When checking out I requested a receipt from the front staff. The guy working the desk wouldn't even look at me till he realized I want leaving. I asked for a receipt and he pulled a paper from a board in front of him and threw it on the counter. I looked at it and it contained my name and room number but no cost information. I asked him again and hhis response was "that was all I would be getting from him". Won't stay at this particular one again.

Cons: The bed was so uncomfortable! They have Summer bedding that doesn't hold body heat at all! I had to crank the heater just to make it tolerable.

Cons: Cleaning the room and smelling cigarette

Cons: Wifi signal had been too weak so it was not usable. Until they enhance their signal, they can not honestly advertise that they offer Wifi.

Cons: WHAT didn't I like? hmmm... YELLOW Stains on the sheets, HAIR on the towels when I got there... OH YEA and the BUG I found on the sheets. I hope to God that it wasn't a bed bug. I did NOT even sleep there. The woman refused to give me my money back and offered me another room which makes NO sense. Why would I want to go from dirty to even more dirty. I left and PAID for ANOTHER hotel room at Motel 6 down the street. It was that bad. I asked the lady if she thought that was ethical, she said she's been running hotels for 15 years now and if her hotel is bad, then it's bad. Clearly they have no ethical standards there. AND for what? It is a SHADDY hotel. I really don't know why it's even listed on KAYAK/BOOKING.COM websites.

Cons: The room was in disrepair. The refrigerator (which froze things) and microwave leftover from a junk yard. Tube TV didn't work. Damaged and dirty room, carpet and furniture. Bed and pillows hard and without separate blanket. No Kleenex, I flimsy bath towl, lukewarm shower, no bath rug, One small Chinese hand soap and noisy wall air conditioner controlled by wall switch. When leaving room you can't lock deadbolt. They didn't service room so you were left with wet towel and messy room for second night. You can hear outside traffic and occupants of other rooms.
