Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing the port. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were frequently highlighted, with many guests feeling welcomed and well taken care of. Cleanliness was another strong point, with several reviews mentioning spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Comfortable beds were appreciated by many, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, some guests noted issues with parking availability and the age or size of certain rooms and bathrooms, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
