Well situated a short walk away from central Bath
Very small cramped room for 2 people. Shower & toilet need to be updated. Additional payment charge for car parking for booking.com customers. Our reception took place during staff training. Felt like a family guest house rather than a hotel.
Bed was super. Breakfast was great plenty of choice. The little extras like milk in the fridge the sweeties in the hallway. The staff were very helpful.
We had a double room only one chair could have done with an extra chair or stool.
It was a lovely quirky hotel, comfy beds and we had a great view of Bath.
There was not many plug sockets in the room that we had which made it difficult in getting ready and charging our phones
Hotel is beautiful and in a great location
The stairs..... we were at the top of the building and the stairs were awful, how you'd get on if you're not fit, i have no idea!!!
As a disabled user of a 3 wheel walker. Having a ground floor room in sight of my reserved parking space.Perfect!
Probably my mistake but expected a room with a spa bath. The hot tub adjacent to the room was too daunting this early in the year.
