Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, central location, and pleasant atmosphere. Many appreciated the comfortable beds and cozy rooms. While the overall cleanliness was acceptable, a few guests noted areas for improvement. The hotel was described as a good value for money, with convenient access to restaurants and public transport. Some minor issues were mentioned, such as occasional noise, variable Wi-Fi quality, and small room sizes, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
