Guests say
The majority of reviews express significant dissatisfaction with the hotel, particularly criticizing the poor quality of service, unhelpful staff, and lack of responsiveness to guest requests. Cleanliness is another major concern, with several guests noting old or dirty facilities and insufficient housekeeping. The restaurants and food quality are frequently described as subpar, lacking variety and taste, and not meeting expectations for a hotel of this category. Many guests also mention a disappointing atmosphere, with a lack of engaging entertainment and a generally dull or passive environment. Value for money is questioned by several reviewers, who feel that the experience does not justify the high prices. Overall, the negative aspects of service, cleanliness, dining, and ambiance dominate guest feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
