Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's exceptional service, friendly and attentive staff, and beautiful beachfront location. Many enjoyed the variety and quality of the restaurants, highlighting the Italian and beachside options. The atmosphere was described as relaxing and welcoming, with special mentions for the all-inclusive experience and evening entertainment. However, several reviews noted that the rooms and some facilities are outdated and in need of renovation, and there were occasional issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Overall, the positives of service, location, and dining outweighed the negatives for most guests.
