Pros: The pool, Plenty of parking. Good breakfast.

Cons: Limited parking but we managed ok. Few non dairy options at breakfast.
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff were amazing, location couldn't be better
Cons: AC fitting with hot quilts couldn't sleep all night.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The standards were good all round, from the front of house team to the breakfast room and all the staff. If you like quirkiness, you are in for a real treat. I’ve never been in a bedroom that had virtually a tapestry for room decor and a toilet seat with memorabilia stickers stuck to it, weird! The bathroom was spotless (although the shower would haves been better if it had been thermostatically controlled). The breakfast food was excellent and so to was the kindness shown to me by the reception staff, I had a Cold and they brought me a hot honey and lemon drink to help me feel better, so thoughtful!
Cons: Not much to complain about really, apart from the very limited hotel parking, but again the reception staff sorted things without much trouble. The Hotel is a good ten minute downhill walk to the harbour.
6.7 Good
Pros: Pleasant enough entrance, decent environment, not a bad room.
Cons: My room was stone cold when i turned up at 5pm. Breakfast staff seemed to struggle with my specific coffee order, resulting on my breakfast being a disappointment.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful hotel with large but still cosy rooms with focus on many little details. The shower was excellent. The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast and staff was very courteous and always friendly.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Eggs were great. Room was really comfortable.

Pros: I loved everything about St George’s. The warm, welcoming cottage vibe wrapped in traditional bed and breakfast style. The rooms are beautiful and really comfortable, the staff are fantastic and so committed to making your experience the best it can be. You feel welcomed by the island at St George’s.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely room. Incredible and friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Value for money. We loved our stay. Bus stop outside.
Cons: One very hard pillow provided.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: On the whole the staff were friendly, just the lady on reception was horrible.
Cons: We were led to believe the breakfast was both full English or continental, this was not the case. The shower in the room was tiny, i tried to pull the blind down, and the very thin piece of string broke,I reported it straight away and was told there was not a problem. On booking out i was charged £170. For the repair. The lady at reception was very rude.
7.0 Good
Pros: It is what it is ' an ecomomical B and B. Room ok. Tea / coffee making facilities available. Shower, hot water literally on "tap". Guest facilities room - breakfast - more than adequate.
Cons: No "hot breakfast" after 1st March.

Cons: Great service from everyone there, very attentive and willing to provide whatever they can to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. I would recommend ten fold.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room well appointed although bed was on the small size( standard double for 2 of us). Staff friendly and kind, notwithstanding the comment below. Breakfast excellent in all respects.
Cons: We enjoyed our short stay but found the sharp intake of breath from the staff that we hadn’t reserved a table for the informal restaurant, which was empty when we arrived to eat at 6.30, an unnecessary pomposity. By the time we left at 7 pm( we had a commitment elsewhere which is why we were eating early) only one other table was occupied!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location close to the business district. Excellent staff - very attentive. Room cosy and bathroom to a high standard.
Cons: Room was a little small, and there was no iron (needed to press shirts for meetings), but not a problem as one was brought to the room. A little on the pricey side at over 200GBP a night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Granduer of hotel, room very nicely decorated. Good bar and restaurant.
Cons: Lovely hotel, be aware there are lots of stairs and no lifts to certain rooms.
7.0 Good
Cons: Evening meal selection - we both had Prawn Stroganoff -not much flavour.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect with direct access to shopping, seafront and restaurants. Great choice of excellent hotel restaurant plus a Bar-bistro and Coffee-tea shop on site. Rooms were well equipped and quiet. Excellent base for Island sighteeing
Cons: Room could have been a bit larger.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: The rooms are very out dated and tired looking. Carpets, decor and furniture need refurbishing. I booked a Executive King room. It was no way near executive standard. The rooms all smell of damp. The carpets were so old it had waves in it. The furniture was old and damaged and the bathroom very dated. Was offered a second executive king room which was no better. Then we were shown a third executive king on the opposite end of the hotel which we found acceptable. Although on the hotel’s website the room we accepted was a standard king, according to the picture which was our room but were told it was an executive king so there is a conflict there. The pictures of the rooms we were shown are not on the website,I wonder why. I had real hopes about this hotel to treat my partner to a lovely weekend in a luxurious setting. What a let down, very dissatisfied and disappointed. Will not stay there again or recommend to anyone. As a local and stayed at many of the hotels on the island but this is the worst. Not very good for visitors from off the island to stay in such sub- standard hotel. No way a three star establishment.

Overview Reviews
Located in St. Martins, Hotel Jerbourg is by the sea, within a 10-minute drive of Saints Bay Beach and Guernsey Harbour. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
7.1 Good
Pros: The evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Great atmosphere overall.
Cons: We had way too much unnecessary furniture for a standard 2 person room and the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Quite a variety of desserts but I would assume most of them were not fresh. We have ordered an eclair for dessert and the cream had turned. I have mentioned it to a staff member and he was happy to take it off our bill but the same eclairs as well as the rest of the desserts were still there the next day.
6.0 Good
Pros: Comfy bed
Cons: Hairs of previous guest left in the bath pug hole! I had to clean it out before having a bath. Breakfast basic. Tv in bedroom tiny and not situated where you can look at it without getting a crick in your neck.!
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfy bed, comfy pillows, good WiFi. Lovely food and cakes, comfy seats.
Cons: Avoid room 23: a roof tile or something is loose, making the room very noisy in windy weather (the hotel is on a peninsula).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Awesome location. Bus came every 30 mins - busy stop just outside. Good breakfast. Good gin menu. Restaurant had good food too.
Cons: Swimming pool is closed from end of September - even though it looks very inviting. Weren't even allowed a quick dip.
7.0 Good
Pros: . Lovely location. Great cakes for afternoon tea.
Cons: Average breakfast - lack of variety of cereals, dried fruit and fruit salad. especially bad for me as I don''t eat cooked breakfasts. Whatever we asked for was provided immediately but we had to ask - the toilet seat needed gluing on, the duvet wasn't wide enough to cover the bed. We were given a blanket and the seat was mended quickly.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location, reception & restaurant & bar with the café. The staff at reception, restaurant and bar was helpful. The room had a nice view.
Cons: The dust in the room. Was fine, but needed deeply clean, because mainly was a bit dusty the surfaces and the carpet needed champú / steam cleaning...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a really cute and unique hotel with a Morrocan theme overlooking St Peter Port. From the moment of booking, communication with the hosts was great. We loved our room and the fact we could leave our bags at the hotel before check in. The hotel has a lovely garden, where you can choose to have dinner (£23 for 3 courses). We wished we had had dinner at the hotel, after trying the delicious breakfast! The pear and feta toast was yummy and something we'd never had before. If you don't need your room cleaning on one day of your stay, the owner will pour you a free glass of prosecco - a good incentive to help the planet! All in all, a great hotel in lovely location. We will certainly book again next time we're in Guernsey.
Cons: The location on the Constitution steps means this wouldn't be a good choice for people with limited mobility. I liked the location though and didn't find the stairs a problem, so don't let that put you off too much!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: What can I say? The decor of the whole hotel was consistently funky and cool, the location is central and has amazing views from the balcony. The staff were really nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet in a lovely rooftop greenhouse. Free chocolate brownie in the room even! One of the greats.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent with a splendid view from the rooms' veranda. The view from the upstairs breakfast bar is even better! All in all an excellent place to stay. Recommended but beware, the climb up via a steep flight of steps is quite a slog (it gets easier with practice though).
Cons: The room was a little small but this didn't cause us any real issues. More selection in the restaurant would have been nice and would have facilitated an evening in.

Cons: shower had a little leak and the waitress forgot to ask how I wanted my steak cooked.

Pros: A really lovely, beautifully decorated and well thought out hotel. Delightful manager and really nice attention to detail throughout.
Cons: Not a problem for us at all but the hotel is in the middle of very steep steps so please don't book if you have mobility issues. Stunning views if you can make it though!
