Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for events and city access. Many found the breakfast to be satisfactory, with some highlighting attentive staff even during busy times. However, several reviews mention issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and rooms, as well as problems with the elevators being slow or inefficient. Bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it comfortable and others noting issues with pillows or mattress softness. Overall, the location and breakfast are standout positives, but improvements in cleanliness and elevator efficiency are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
