Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. Cleanliness was highlighted positively in several reviews, with many guests finding their rooms hygienic and well-maintained. Service received high marks, especially for the helpful and supportive staff, including those catering to Japanese guests. The breakfast, especially the Japanese options, was appreciated by many, and amenities such as the gym, bathhouse, and authentic Japanese restaurant added to the positive experience. Some guests noted areas for improvement, such as occasional noise, dated facilities, and inconsistent room quality, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews
